Thanks so much for the cockpit work enjoyed seeing what is involved in flying such a nice jet. Worked for Eastern for 18 years all ground work so I appreciate good flying expertise.
I want to say that your videos are HUGELY HELPFUL to me. I'm coming back to flying from a long time off. I'm renewing my instructor cert next month in addition to the currency challenges. It is, of course, the radio that shows the rust more than anything. The narration you do is such an incredible help, the airport diagram, and even your comment about putting lights on when crossing the runway are great. Showing the SID / STAR and use of checklists is all fantastic. Thanks very much for doing this!
Excellent video. Love the ATC and your comments while flying single pilot. Thanks for making and uploading these videos. Be safe and enjoy the flights. Take care, Bill
I just subscribed to your channel, don't know how I missed it before! Fantastic video, thanks for putting it all together. That approach into Aspen sure offers some unbelievable sights!
I'm buying my Cessna mustang this weekend, I'll be flying from Atlanta to Bahamas. O darn my alarm just went off, well let get up and get ready for my 9 to 5 at UPS.
I am a creative, a photographer, dabble in some writing, a musician, and I have a BS in software development/programming. I am wanting to add pilot to that list, and boy does you channel really inspire me to do so! Thank you so much for your videos. I love them and I wish I could fly a Citation!
great video - funny... "Don't Sink" ...."Don't worry - I won't" ... as a ATC - i like how you kept your speed up to get off the runway ASAP - i'm sure she appreciated that....very cool video!!!
Just started watching your videos and I really enjoy them especially the ones into and out of KSTP since Im right over at KMSP working the ramp for Southwest. I went to school to be a pilot but am unable to find a job with my low flight hours that isnt flight instructing. Have you considered letting anyone ride along who is pursuing a career as a pilot? I would love to be a pilot on the corporate side instead of the airlines.
Great video ! I'm a newcomer to your channel and I really like how you explain things and show your waypoints, different views, etc. Question: what is a yaw dampener ? Is this unique to light jets ?
Alan Peterson Glad you discovered my channel. The yaw damper counteracts yaw oscillation that can occur and be uncomfortable for passengers in back. Yaw dampers are found on most turbine aircraft I believe. Enjoy.
Just a point of interest. Do you need special certification to fly single pilot or do you automatically get that when you get your Certification on the Mustang? I know it is rated as a single pilot jet by the FAA. Great job as usual with your commentary and professionalism exhibited while flying! I am familiar with the Premier 1 but I like the Mustang just as well!
James Wikstrom Thanks for the post. For the check ride and rating, you can designate single pilot or as a crew. My rating is C510S where the S stands for single pilot.
I have a student pilot question for you. Did you say “Feltz climb”? And what is that? Actually, just saw the same question from another viewer. FLC.. thanks for the vids!
With just 10 hours of flight time under my belt, i find your vids helpful. Do you fly across the US or just regional area near your home? Thanks Cheers
Greetings, I really enjoy the videos. One question. Are you using standard J or Q airways for the enroute portion of your trips? I have lived next to KTRI all my life and monitor their tower. These videos are almost like being there. Regards. BC
B Cross thanks for the post. I’ve visited KTRI many times for the Bristol night race in Aug. Always a fun weekend! In the Midwest it seems we get “direct” more often because it’s less crowded I think. In busy sectors such as FLA or the NE states we get J routes most of the time.
Do you do audible checklists when the camera is not running? I have always done verbal checklists and feel like it helps. I get nervous flying with quiet pilots.
Very nice video. incindentally, way to say what you said at appx. 19:45...isn't...'landing and taking off same direction, but rather, 'same end of runway. your actually 'landing in another direction...than, 'taking off'. technically. ... but...we all still know what you meant. great stuff! keep it up!
Thanks. I fly a C510 in FSX and enjoy picking best practice tips from your flights. The only thing my sim lacks is VNAV and Airways support but these can be overcome easily.
I'm new to your channel and I'm really enjoying what I've seen.I was wondering if this is your personal plane?or are you a charter pilot? Keep up the great work!
I could watch these all day.... In fact, I have! Thanks for sharing. The Mustang is one of my favorites.
Austin Gunn i'm with you. I could watch airplane videos all day.
If you're ever in Utah (KPVU, U42 or KSLC) for a bit, I'll trade you dinner for a tour of your beautiful plane!
I have watched this video several times, just can’t stop watching it over and over
Great videos - very enjoyable. Thanks for inviting us into the cockpit. Congrats on your success. Very admirable and inspiring.

Just found your channel, aviation just never gets old. thanks for posting.
Thanks so much. Living vicariously through you. Great skill and discipline.
just started watching, really enjoying watching you work, thanks

Knucklehead McSpazatron Thank you. Good luck to you.
The sound of the engines starting up... ahhh music to my ears.
Aaron Williamson Agree totally!!!
Excellent video. Love the ATC and your comments while flying single pilot. Thanks for making and uploading these videos. Be safe and enjoy the flights. Take care, Bill
Absolutely stunning videos and awesome bird! I'll wait for more
Thanks for creating these videos. They are entertaining and very informative.
Nice video. Thanks for putting the sun visor up on the right side so we had a great visual!
I just subscribed to your channel, don't know how I missed it before! Fantastic video, thanks for putting it all together. That approach into Aspen sure offers some unbelievable sights!
Love ❤️ your video thnk you for sharing 🛩🛩🛩

Love your videos-and Aspen! Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it. The Rockies are beautiful in the winter.
Citation Mustang Pilot what's there not to love about the CE510? 🛫💖
Ava Mendez Well....no lav.
@@TIO540S1 ...just bring your Port-a Potty ..
Enjoying the videos very informative even for a non pilot like me learning the lingo a little.
Safe travels.

Great flight! You know your plane!
whaoo! I feel like I was next to you flying, exelent view of aspen thanks todd for this video
As a native Minnesotan and current Colorado resident and pilot, this one was extra fun. Good job in all respects.
Tom Samuelson thank you!
Nice video and like the way you explain whats happening as you fly.
I want one of these or something similar one day. Beats flying commercial hands down. First order of business is to get the PPL. One step at a time.
Great flight, thanks!
I'm sure Aspen can get busy, but I'm amazed they have a separate ground frequency to switch to!
Enjoyed the video! Thank you for posting..
Awesome video great job!
Very nice. 😊
Excellent camera positioning.
It looked like it was the pilot's eyes on the right.
Voyager DF thanks.
That was fun. I enjoy your commentary, as well as the on-screen heading and speed. Can we look forward to more flying videos posted in the future ?
The smell of the jet fuel burning would be enough for me! The engine start up is icing on the cake!
Thanks for posting, great video!

atcpilotsc Thanks for the comment.
atcpilotsc I appreciate you ATC keeping our traffic flowing safely and smoothly every day. People maybe don’t realize...
Another awesome video!
nice video bro
Very nice thanks! We need more of this :)
Beautiful !!!. Please maintain any liquid closed in flight deck during flight, even if its a botle of water !!!!. Cheers.
TCS/CWS is an amazing tool once you realize its power.
like the audio you got on this hear aircraft and you great video
Thanks--great video. Enjoyed the ride! The visor is a nice touch for the right seat/camera position. What camera do you use?
I like that you announce the next items after your current check is completed. What’s your background?
Great video!!

What a nice airplane!
It seems easy the routine, but how much of a training do you have to commit to become certified...awesome videos...have you flown into Canada?

Thanks for the clarification. Keep up the good work as well as the videos coming. Really enjoy watching you fly the Mustang!
Thanks for the reply. My curiosity has been satisfied!!
Love watching your videos, what is the general purpose of these flights? Are you hauling people on these flights or what? Great job on these!!
smcgil05 The purpose of these flights vary. Both business and pleasure. Some with passengers, some empty.
I have a student pilot question for you. Did you say “Feltz climb”? And what is that? Actually, just saw the same question from another viewer. FLC.. thanks for the vids!
Very nice!
What is the name of the music playing towards the end.

How do I know what all the buttons on start up do ?? Wanna be pilot like me really want to be apart of that please. Please tell us.
Very Nice...
great video who do you work for to fly to these places
don doswell I don't think that is anyone's business.
Do you do audible checklists when the camera is not running? I have always done verbal checklists and feel like it helps. I get nervous flying with quiet pilots.
JetNmyFuture When I'm alone I run the checklist silently. When passengers or crew are up front, I'm verbalizing the checklist.
Классный видос мне нравиться.
come to KOMA sometime!
What an ‘Office Chair View’ [OMP: Oscar Mike Papa!] you have there, CCP! KUDOS for the video!!🇺🇸
What is the "don't shake" notice that you get just before landing?
I think that was "don't sink", as in watch your "sink rate" (how quickly you're losing altitude)
what is the last red light botton?
Can you stash skis in that ride anywhere? :)
You bet. The tail baggage has great ski and boot stowage.
I wondered how much space was in the back bag box. Had this vision of having to carry skis between the seats in the cabin. :D Silly me.
Sounded like the warning said don’t shank
Very nice video. incindentally, way to say what you said at appx. 19:45...isn't...'landing and taking off same direction, but rather, 'same end of runway. your actually 'landing in another direction...than, 'taking off'. technically. ... but...we all still know what you meant. great stuff! keep it up!
What kind of climb? Felch?
Scott Major I normally use FLC mode which is a constant airspeed climb.
Flight level change! Got it. I just never heard anyone say it like that. :-) Thanks, and I really enjoy your vids. Please keep them coming.
In Aspen you are the cheapest plane there...
davedavis haha. You're right about that! Serious hardware on that ramp always.
Todd Vollhaber My first flight into Aspen was in a Cessna T210. Let’s just say they didn’t park me up front.
Nice vid Mustang Pilot. What's your next jet to move up to after that? You're a lucky man.
what happened to this channel? i just discovered him and he is gone!!
When you say, "trims are set. One, two, three times" Where are you checking this?
Paul Phibbs Lower left of the MFD (middle screen) shows rudder and aileron trim settings. The Elevator trim is shown on the trim wheel.
Thanks. I fly a C510 in FSX and enjoy picking best practice tips from your flights. The only thing my sim lacks is VNAV and Airways support but these can be overcome easily.
How tall are you ? Doesn't look like much leg room.
No One I agree. Ideally the rudder pedals could be another 2” away from me for better legroom. I’m 6-2.
why did Cessna cancel the Mustang? it's a cutie
Landing with the Yaw Damper on?? That is a no! no!
I'm new to your channel and I'm really enjoying what I've seen.I was wondering if this is your personal plane?or are you a charter pilot? Keep up the great work!
denny thomas I'm the owner.
Heck of lot easier than with crappy weather minimus at night!
MacQ1955 Agreed. In fact I believe Aspen now has a curfew for GA aircraft. No night time operations allowed.
Speaking of which, is your plane equipped to do autoland in ICAO CAT III low visibility conditions?
Seriously dude?
nice
Why don't you follow the speed restrictions? You've blown past it three times. You've destroyed the spacing for take offs
beozzie690 the speed restrictions given are indicated speed in knots, speed shown by the camera is speed over the ground in mph.
yes, thanks.. I converted it to knots...
There's also a difference between IAS, which is what the 250 knot speed restriction is based on, and TAS, which is shown in mph in the video.
