ive noticed on my 2016 328i, i get the best times and launches by not using the launch control but just brake boosting from around 2k rpm. the launch control launches the car from way too high of an rpm

How did u activate launch control I have a 2018 340 and never have seen that pop up I just brake boost to 3k rpm

Hold brake pedal hard
Floor accelerator
If you don’t see launch control active on dash then it needs coding.

Is it stock turbo? I just order a stage 1 turbo from Ecs tuning for my 2013 Estoril blue 328i M-Sport. Claims 20% hp increase to 300hp

Hey man. Definitely woke the car up and made it more enjoyable. That being said it is a 328 only so much you can get out of it. I’ve done 40k with the tune and no issues have come of it. Really up to you whether you want to squeeze out a little more performance.

I got 5.2 0-60 on a cold night, cold tires, and 5 people in the car. I think it can break 5.0 in all honesty given proper conditions
