I use 3 pillows every night: the one I lay on and 2 on either sides of my head to make sure I stay on my back and they also cover my ears so I sleep better. My husband usually shoves the ear pillow closest to him because it intrudes on his space. lol. I do take the pillow I lay on on trips but don't take the other two but am usually annoyed because hotel pillows are usually flatter then my home pillows and don't do as good of a job covering my ears. I'm a completely different traveler at 51 than I was at 21!
Yep!! Same here. I mean, I used to go BACKPACKING!?!? Now I bring my car (aka portable locker) for all the gear I shlep!!!!
The Natty Ice! I know I reached peak adulthood when at a rental, the cleaning lady came early and COMPLIMENTED us on how tidy the apartment was. I'm still riding that high.
"They pack like idiots" got me laughing 😅
Haha, this is so relatable! I'm only in my twenties, but I've been told that I pack and organise like a fourtsomething, which is accurate! 😂
You're ahead of the curve
Love it!
Did my wife write this? 🤣 Especially the pillows…omg!
Im 29 and definitely more the 40s vacay girl 😂
I always know you guys are gonna give mr a good chuckle.
This is hilarious and so true.🤣 I'm 67 and I always think about how there were so little worries when I was in my early 20's. No baggage (both literally and figuratively😆), just pick up and go.
Hahaha!!! I am a 4-pillow girl 😅😂 I laughed so hard at this one... I'm your age, Kim, and I can relate so much to this video
You 2 are the best. I don't get to laugh that often, but your videos get me going.
The cleaning at the end killed me. That's exactly what my mom does!
So I totally get why Kim brings all her own pillows!
I'm in my 20's (late, but still) and I'm already 95% 40's here. Scared to see how my 40's will be hahaha
Girl I got you on the pillow thing! I have four pillows on my bed just for me, four for the hubby and that’s not counting the two pillow shams that are for decoration only. 😅
This is so accurate 😂
I love your outro so much - it’s the icing on the cake for a great video
Traveling in your 40s DEFINITELY hits differently when you're in your 20s!
I'm right there with you Kim, I need at least 4 pillows and my own blanket on vacation.
TRULY! I absolutely need a nest of pillows and then only the corner of one pillow under my head because i have neck issues. but still... If i can move any at night, i don't have enough pillows. Fantastic video!
I just want to hit laughing emoji! 😂😂😂😂 So funny!
I have a minimum of 6 pillows on my bed at all times. Lol
Minimum 😅
SO NICE to be in a community...I have been made to feel this is just me and my "way". Priorities and awareness of what we do and how it effects others change as we age...for most of us.
look forward to these so much. Put me in a good mood before work
