In Namibia , we have a seperate room especially for our laundary or some people do it outside , they move there washing machine outside and do their laundry😂😂😂
In this crazy unrealistic world of influencers you are really a down to earth blessing. Thanks a lot for sharing your life🥰 we need much more content like yours on social media!
This may be my favourite video you’ve ever made! We need more of this conversation being pushed forward! It’s okay to be right where you’re at, thank you for a refreshing start to the day!
Probably my favourite video of yours so far! 🤩 We also have five children and no laundry room. The washing machine in the kitchen as is customary in Ireland. Under the counter similar to a dishwasher. We don’t have a dryer. We air dry.
My husband and I experienced that for the first time in an AirBnB about an hour outside of Dublin on our honeymoon and we were temporarily flabbergasted 😆 lots of socks hanging over chair backs for a couple of days 😂
I LOVE Corelle dishes. I grew up with them, and they're not "aesthetic" but they are SO practical. They don't take up as much space, they're light and easy to carry multiple at once, they're chip and shatter resistant so they last a long time (as you have proven). A better choice for families than heavier ceramic, imo.
Hi! I am so thankful for this video. I am currently sitting at work on a sunday for a 24 hour shift with a migraine and this is so fullfilling and relaxing to watch. Thank you Sarah, this helps a lot! Your calm and poaitive demeanor helps to survive everyday life, work and family and love everything that is. Thank you wholeheartedly!
Our washer dryer is in our kitchen and I was skeptical when we moved in, but actually I love it, it's so easy to get the laundry folded on the kitchen table and put away while it's still hot! And i personally find the sound of the machine soothing :)
I don’t have an aesthetic home. It’s not my dream home, and I often have to take a break from the social media world so that I obey God in having a content and thankful heart for what I do have. This video is such a sweet inspiration in how to do just that! I love thrifting, I love doing my own nails ( my laundry room is in my garage) I have oak trim in my house.
I understand ALL of this. We just bought a 1960s home that is in bad need of updates this past summer. This was after 3 years of living with my inlaws while trying to find a new home in this crazy market. We didn't want a house with projects, but wanted somewhere for our kids to finish highschool and have a home again. I just try to keep in mind the positives over not having the dream home and land that we were so hoping for.
This video lifted a burden off of me and I can breathe easier. I’m watching it a second time. This was life giving. I have a laundry, craft, storage room for the vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies off the kitchen. I use to spend time and money on systems others were sharing/selling. But one day I felt the Lord drop into my heart and mind was …just do the laundry. I don’t need a system.lol
I love this. I ooogle over nice laundry rooms & think I want one (I have a closet too) and this made me think about it differently! I started the new year accepting that I do NOT need decorations on our table & a table rubber. Because it's just in the way & while I enjoy the look.. it annoys me more. So I stopped doing it.
Thank you so much for making this video. The topic of having an aesthetic home was just what I needed to hear. Aesthetic homes are pretty to look at, but there are some channels that I watch, and I wont name names, that focus way too much on having a basket for everything to hide clutter and tons of decor that serve no functional purpose. And I've noticed it enabling the sin of comparison in my own heart. Thank you for speaking truth and bringing us back to reality.
I live in Central Europe; our upgraded flat for 4ppl is 74square meters, I’ve never seen a laundry room. 😅 Our washing machine is in the kitchen, center-off all spaces, we don’t own a drier (though when we didn’t have central heating at another place, clothes did not air dry this well and quickly). Laundry closets (if anything) are more of a thing here. Wonderful tips and values you’ve places on our hearts, thank you!
Sarah, I hope you read this, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you shared today! This is a message women need to hear!! And I’m amazed at seeing young mamas embrace this lifestyle ❤ I’m not so young but still raising children, and the simple lifestyle that you talked about today will help you in motherhood more than any fancy conveniences or gadgets or nice cars!! I hope more people hear this message!! Great job
We moved into our home back in May, 2024 and we don't have a laundry room. I'm encouraged that with 5 kids you have been able to manage without one. We have 4 kids and now that the older two want to help with folding, it's making life more manageable. I relate to the older ones helping with the littles and doing it together as a family.
we transformed our "laundry room" into a bathroom, opting for a tub over the spot where the washer+dryer was. moving the machines to a "laundry closet" on the second floor. several people seemed confused by the "downgrade" but it has been SO much easier for me having the washing on the second floor and not having to lug it back and forth- even if the space is smaller. not to mention a larger bathroom with a tub to keep our 5 kids clean! bathroom > laundry room 👏
My laundry room is in a completely different out building that's a repurposed small shipping container. And not in the cute way, like ... Metal walls with a washer/dryer/fridge, that's it. We live in a 5th wheel trailer ... We're "minimalist" by necessity, not for aesthetics. The living room is the play room and we all share the bedroom which is also where the shower is. I am completely content with the life I've been blessed with. In the mountains, one child, two goats, one rabbit and recently adopted our neighbor's cat 🐈 and my parents live on the same property in their own motorhome. God is good! 🙌❤ Bless you and your family Sarah Loved your little rant about being gracious with our bodies 🙏 spittin' fire! 🔥 Thank you.
We have a ranch style house, and our washer and dryer are right outside one of our bathrooms, which is right off our living room/kitchen area. I love them being right there. It only takes me a couple minutes to gather whatever laundry I'm doing and start the washer. Only downside is they are stackable, so when the washer spins out, it makes the dryer door creak really loudly, but it only lasts a few minutes so it's not the worst thing in the world. My husband keeps saying he wants a bigger house... I cringe thinking of needing to clean more house. And I love how you put together videos with your kids doing things in the background, and even bringing you things or helping you spin in your chair LOL
Incredible video. We are in a townhouse and felt the influence to buy bigger, get bigger but we loveeee our home and community so we are making do. No laundry room for me either, nor a finished basement but one day! Also. Love the kitchen table being the craft room, homeschool area and place we eat :)
"I would be so good at laundry if that's what I had!" 😂 Relatable. My laundry room is a work horse not a show pony, but that's ok. We're working with what we've got today. 😅🥰 Thanks for the reminder.
I love that phrase - it's a work horse, not a show pony!! Not only did it make me chuckle, but it makes me appreciate my tiny mud room/laundry room combo. I've been so focused on how not pretty it is that I forget just how much I appreciate having it (especially after our first 4 years of marriage and family in a small apartment with no washer or dryer)!! Thank you 🙌🙌
This is probably my fave video you have made. YES YES YES to everything you said. Simplify and do what works for you and your family. Stop the perfection!!
Washer and dryer in the garage (very common in SoCal). I used to hate it but after dealing with mold in home I am so grateful it is in the garage. For me it doesn't matter where it is now but the fact that I have one and can achieve clean laundry whenever. What a luxury.
Sarah! My laundry room has been my "spilled coffee" that I just spent an entire day deep cleaning! It's a room that doesn't make sense for much, but we section off our pets' food, vet supplies, and litter box into there in addition to our laundry machines. It's more so a catch-all mudroom. I don't love it, but like you said, we make the best use of the space we have. Thanks for these awesome videos!!
I miss having my washer and dryer on the same level of the house as our bedrooms. They're located in the basement now, and I dislike it greatly. Lol, I suppose it's not that bad, just inconvenient. This video is like a warm hug, it's fantastic. I love your perspective on things Sarah, and it's such a help.
I'm with you! Our washer and dryer are in the basement, and there's two flights of stairs to get the laundry up to the bedrooms. For a short while we lived in a house with the laundry in the kitchen, and I loved that. I joke with my husband that he needs to move them upstairs to the kitchen, but that would be a ton of plumbing and wiring and will probably never happen other than in my dreams, haha 😄
Love this video! It’s such a good reminder of what is the “norm” and that what we see on Instagram is not the “norm”. I often remind myself of my own 90s childhood home and when I was a kid, the kinds of home my friends had. Most were just an average size with a mix of furniture was new and hand me down furniture from their grandparents. We certainly didn’t have aesthetic homes or fancy dishes and most peoples vacations were road trips to visit their grandparents. Kids whose parents had renovated upgraded homes and took planes for international vacations, those kids were the exception, not the norm. Thank you!!
I can say i agree with you, today in this marketing place we have to much of everything. Everyone sell something and you end up make things because you think everyone have it why not… My grandma always say, in this crazy times when everyone have their own rooms and big houses family don’t meet all day. And classic big houses make you feel you need more furniture to don’t look „empty“ Really i like your videos and thinking on this today crazy influence time🤗 We are from Europe and i never seen separate room for laundry, 90% is in bathroom because there is dirty clothes basket always because is convenient to put before shower. 10% i saw in people kitchen. That it😅
Our washer and dryer are in our bathroom where we also have a master closet. Yes everyone's clothes go there. It's how we teach proper wash and care and folding and putting away without another trip to each bedroom which is on a different floor😊
Our laundry room is in the basement. It works great for us. My husband works in construction (concrete) so he has always had very dirty clothes. My kids grew up playing outside and getting dirty all the time. My son is now a diesel mechanic, so he also has lots of grimy, greasy clothes. I love the fact that if we are messy after work, they come in the basement, change and the mess stays “out of the house”. We also have lines strung throughout the basement to hang heavy jeans, sweatshirts and work clothes. It works well for us.
I love this video! As a mom I'm this day and age it's easy to get caught up in the aesthetics, but I decided before my daughter was born that when we started being parents I wanted my house to be child friendly, a yes space for my kids. And that's exactly what I've done my best to create, my daughter is 2 now and helps me everywhere, she knows where everything goes and I don't ever have to be careful of her breaking something or harming herself (except for when she's helping me cook of course). It's her home as much as it is mine and I'm proud of it. As far as laundry rooms go, the house we're currently living in has a laundry room and I love it! I had a European style kitchen before where the washer and dryer were in the kitchen, and it was quite inconvenient especially when having guests over, it was just too loud. Now I can just close tge laundry room door and laundry can still go on even when guests are over
My family of five is not minimal with clothes and towels and we have a big dryer and washer in the basement with a plastic pipe wardrobe to hang dry clothes on for things that need to be dried. It’s a simple setup but works well and I put clothes away right away after I bring them up. (I don’t fold them)
Don't have a laundry room over here either! Just a closet but it is on the top floor with all our bedrooms and I love it. I just fold and sort clothes on the bed. My last house had a designated laundry room but it was down a long hallway in the basement and I HATED it. Had to walk past too many nasty bugs to do my laundry and huff all of it up two flights of stairs. Sarah, you are the perfect blend of inspirational and realistic and I appreciate it so much!
Sometimes I want a nice laundry room, then I think logically to myself that no beautiful laundry room will ever make that task enjoyable 😂 I will always hate doing it no matter what
Our washing machine and dryer are in the garage! We live in Oklahoma, US, and I'd say its fairly common in older homes like ours (1960). But also, its winter here, and sometimes its a huge demotivator because it's stinking COLD in the garage!
Hi, really love your content ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ We live in Switzerland and here there is usually just one laundry machine and tumble dryer per house/building in the cellar. So you share it with everyone living in that house. We share the laundry room and machines with three other families and it works wonderfully.
I lost the laundry room when we retired and downsized. Part of the goal was not to heat, cool, or clean ant space we didn’t use. Our current laundry is a closet in the hall outside our bedroom. Half of it is a stacked washer/dryer and the other half is laundry and cleaning supplies. There is also space for the swiffer, vacuum, and floor steamer. Super convenient.
I love how dainty and graceful you are until you start throwing food around 😂 what a vibe Our house has ✨two bathrooms✨ (it’s incredible oh my gosh), so the “laundry room” is the downstairs bathroom. Super functional, and I just fold my laundry on either my dining room table or the window seat in the kitchen, which makes me put it away (or at least get it upstairs 😆) faster because those are two spaces I really like having clean!
Absolutely love that it’s actually you talking and interacting and living life and sharing Jesus and all the things you do 💕 we love a keep it real TH-camr 💕💕💕🤎
Pausing to comment on the laundry question! Hey everyone and Sarah. This video is sooo relaxing and nice btw. Haven't watched your content for eons and it's refreshing to be back. OK so I also wished (still do tbh) for a room dedicated to laundry. But for now, we have a washing machine in our bathroom, and no dryer, which is a killer in Romanian winter and takes me so much extra time/work to get things dry but HEY, i'm a more resilient person and asides from this comment, haven't complained about it in ages, haha.
We do have our own laundry room between bedrooms… But I actually want to keep the basic wire rack, because it is convenient for hanging things to dry versus a wooden shelf for aesthetic
I do have a decent sized laundry room. By our front door so it is also our coat closet/snow clothes/swimsuits and towels depending on season. It also houses my bread machine and some other kitchen items because our kitchen storage is very minimal. At one point I thought I'd fold laundry in there, ha!
Yes to all of these! I do have a laundry room, but I rent and that's the only W/D hook up in the house. It serves as a pantry as well. Cat's litterbox is in there and the hot water tank, so a bit of everything room, lol. I learned really quick with a bunch of kids that you can't really have anything nice and breakable or just cute stuff to display. It either gets knocked off, touched, broken or goes mysteriously missing (no one ever did it...🤷♀). I also tell myself and others 'it's a home, not a real estate display or showroom'. We live here, we don't tippy toe around stuff we give value to for whatever reason (do you truly need a designer vase or one of a kind knick nacks?!)
Our laundry room is a perfect little utility room. It has a basic sink with the dogs' water below. I keep cleaning products, brooms, mops and such in there. It's not huge, but it's not too small. It's really the perfect size for our 1400 sqft home! Truly, less is more!
Our laundry room is in the garage and is basically a multipurpose room. It not only has our washer and dryer, but it also has utility sinks, deep freezer, extra paint, and just general garage storage. Honestly i would love to prettify it but it just doesnt make sense to do so right now. The inly doenside of the location is the temperature - its so hit in the summer and freezing in the winter!
I have a laundry room of sorts. It's a pass through connecting the garage, the half bath, the office, and the kitchen. It's just the washer and dryer, 3 cabinets above them, 2 rows of coat hooks, and a small pantryish cabinet and shelves.
Thoroughly enjoyed this! I would love to see your updated, simplified morning and nighttime routines if you’re willing to share them. Lots of love and support from Guatemala 🇬🇹🤍
Being gracious to my body has been the biggest lesson to learn. With my first child (now 8) I was a single parent from the start, I was active duty military through the pregnancy, then I was a college student, working two jobs and being mom and dad to my daughter. I had to keep it moving because it was all on me. Now I’m married, and pregnant with my second, my husband’s income more than covers everything and he’s hands on with my kiddo, the pregnancy and the home. I could relax, I could slow down, I should be more gentle on myself and let my husband step in (he offers constantly) but I have such a workhorse survival mindset. Slowly slowly I’m learning to let my partner be a partner 😅
Our new house had the laundry room right off the garage instead of the basement which has been convenient for dirty clothes outside. But honestly never use the folding area and stuff ha just fold on the bed or kitchen table usually with my son. I think the closet laundry is great better use of space could instead use laundry room space as a little office or half bath etc
Hi from Czech Republic, central Europe. I love your videos since you had just two babies sooooonlong time ago. These thing are very important to remind ourselves. That we do not need everything we see. I have no laundry room. Actually my washing machine/dryer is in the bathroom the only space available in our flat. And since living in the city centre we as family of four don't even have car and we are not planning to get one ever (neither me nor my husband want to drive here). I also love that all the comments I looked at are very positive! Not very common these days.
Laundry room is a side-by-side setup in our only bathroom. It's a good reminder to switch laundry as I'm using the bathroom throughout the day. 🤣 Cabinets above store our laundry supplies on one side, linens on the other. It would be nice to be able to have a quiet place for a bath when the laundry is running, but it's working for us for now.
Our laundry room *could* be a mud room but currently isn't--it's a tiny spot right by our master bedroom. When #2 was born, I realized that the bassinet fits perfectly in the space by the washer and dryer, and the white noise of either one running helped with naps. I'm holding out as long as I can before he outgrows into the crib which *doesn't* fit in said room.
I have a laundry room, it's in the middle of my house, right between kitchen and bedrooms. It's also my pantry and the mudroom as it is the way to the garage. Very multipurpose, a wall calendar is the most decor type item I have in that room. I also got those corelle dishes for my wedding!
We have a 1960s 1,000 sq ft home with an unfinished basement. However, one of the rooms in the basement is a laundry room that the previous owners painted purple and installed a long countertop in with cabinets for folding and storage. I always tell people it’s my favorite room in our house😂 it’s so nice to have the designated, clear space to stand and fold laundry while my daughter is able to help and play with toys on the ground around me.
Just wanted to thank you for sharing in one of your videos how you use Memoria Press for your homeschool curriculum. I bought a package from there for Kindergarten and am loving it! I plan to use their curriculum for first grade too. :)
Our laundry room is also in our pantry and the entry from our garage which is the main space we use to get in and out of the home. It's chaotic but it's also right there and I'm never away from the rest of the house
Our washer and dryer is a step off from the kitchen. It's basically a closet without the door. I hang dry most things. I will say I do decant my detergent and oxiclean though, not for the aesthetic but because I've had their bags break one too many times and I don't like cleaning it up.
When I think about separate space for school - Im mostly thinking about the mindset for the kids. When I teach kids piano in their own room vs when they come to me to another building to learn, they are more focused than in space that is not suited for teaching - a lot of distractions are happening. If Im making sense :-)
We have a laundry room. But it’s not like you might imagine as only a dryer and washer can fit. It’s an odd space, more like a closet with a window which blocks any type of way we could have had shelving. My favorite part of it however is that it has this vintage light globe and it’s the most adorable light. I’m so glad no one thought to update it (my house is quite old and some parts were victims of « fashionable » trends )
I have a laundry closet- but my washer & dryer are side by side so I do have a shelf which is helpful; however, that closet is right by the heating system, hot water heater and no ceiling so exposed pipes. Certainly not anything fancy!
I also don’t have one, my washer and dryer is in my kitchen in a closet space like yours. I am actually happy that it’s there it’s more practical for me though 😊 I also really wanted a laundry room but actually realised that what I have works perfectly. I totally agree with the dishes I am not bothered 😂😂😂my children drop them all the time and yay the op shops in New Zealand have awesome stuff I love op shopping. I don’t even feel bad about not going to get my hair and etc anymore, as long as I am clean, comfortable and presentable I am not bothered🙊
I love this video. We live in a cozy home built in 1950, when the laundry was originally outside on the patio. A previous owner got fancy and brought the laundry indoors and you need to squeeze past them to get to our family room. Hallway, no doors, no special room.
I have a laundry room, but it’s outside in our carport. Many times I wish it was in our house, especially when I have little babies that I can’t leave alone for a few minutes to switch over a load. But…we lived 5 years without laundry before we moved to our house and had to do it at our parents house. I’m just thankful we have access to do our laundry now! I just do it mostly during nap/bedtime now.
As a Brit... the laundry room is under the kitchen counter 😂
same - what is a laundry ROOM? :D
In Namibia , we have a seperate room especially for our laundary or some people do it outside , they move there washing machine outside and do their laundry😂😂😂
In Spain as well.
Our washer and dryer is in our kitchen
Washer in our kitchen and dryer in the garage.... Definitely not enough space haha
That jazz at the beginning of the video is so relaxing, I love it and I hope she continues it more in her videos

Where do you hang it up in the winter? I'm from Canada and wouldn't have much room to hang anything inside in the cold and or snowy months.
My husband and I experienced that for the first time in an AirBnB about an hour outside of Dublin on our honeymoon and we were temporarily flabbergasted 😆 lots of socks hanging over chair backs for a couple of days 😂
@@ashleylangley6035we hang it on a tiered clothes airer and I specifically use a dehumidifier to dry them quicker but not everyone does this!

in England washing machines are typically in the kitchen, plumbed in under the kitchen sink. A laundry room is a huge luxury here!
I’ve learned from you sm!! I’m 26 married with 1 little and I appreciate your wisdoms so much! God bless you and your family!!

Think about how many steps you get in on wash day!
@@brendaturner7112 😂
I love the deinfluencing videos! There is so much content telling us to buy buy buy and it is so easy to “buy” into. Thanks for making this one 👏
Sarah, you are the best! Literally! Thank you for your content and the uplifting messages you share! You are a gem 💝
Thank you!!
Thank you for sharing! You are such a joy and encouragement to watch both here on YT and on IG as well. Keep on doing what you're doing!
Beautiful wise words. I love your videos. The music is so calming and you bring such joy to the sometimes mundane daily tasks of motherhood. ❤
I can say i agree with you, today in this marketing place we have to much of everything. Everyone sell something and you end up make things because you think everyone have it why not…
My grandma always say, in this crazy times when everyone have their own rooms and big houses family don’t meet all day. And classic big houses make you feel you need more furniture to don’t look „empty“
Really i like your videos and thinking on this today crazy influence time🤗
We are from Europe and i never seen separate room for laundry, 90% is in bathroom because there is dirty clothes basket always because is convenient to put before shower. 10% i saw in people kitchen. That it😅
i love your perspective and I am on this type of time too! make use of what you have and call it a day. MINIMAL LIVING
This is so refreshing. Thank you for the realness and sustainability in the tips.
UK follower here. Both the washing machine and the dyer are in my Kitchen
Now I can just close tge laundry room door and laundry can still go on even when guests are over
The best video! Thank you so much Theresa. Totally needed this 💕
May God continue to bless your precious fam!
My washer & dryer are in the kitchen 😂 I’ve learn over the 10 years I’ve been here. It works for us 😍
I love this video! Thanks for being yourself, Sarah. I always look forward to new content! 😊
6:35 I have a laundry room in our basement but it also functions as an office, and mud room. Not fancy, but practical and functional.❤️
Sometimes I want a nice laundry room, then I think logically to myself that no beautiful laundry room will ever make that task enjoyable 😂 I will always hate doing it no matter what
Me a 22 year old with no kids loving your housewife videos🥰
I never comment on videos but HAVE to say how much I love this video. Thank you! So helpful and real!
Our washing machine and dryer are in the garage! We live in Oklahoma, US, and I'd say its fairly common in older homes like ours (1960). But also, its winter here, and sometimes its a huge demotivator because it's stinking COLD in the garage!
This is the new years video we needed!!!
True. Got our plates at MCC for like 25 cents. Super sturdy.
Hi, really love your content ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We live in Switzerland and here there is usually just one laundry machine and tumble dryer per house/building in the cellar. So you share it with everyone living in that house. We share the laundry room and machines with three other families and it works wonderfully.
We are building this spring and we are planning a "family closet" room with washer/dryer in between the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Super convenient.
my laundry room is just the bathroom ❤ i enjoyed this video sarah😊
I love how dainty and graceful you are until you start throwing food around 😂 what a vibe
Our house has ✨two bathrooms✨ (it’s incredible oh my gosh), so the “laundry room” is the downstairs bathroom.
I don’t have a laundry room. My washer and dryer are right by my back door and there’s a shelf above it. I like having laundry on the first floor!
We have a laundry/mudroom off of our kitchen. The back door is in there and we use it as our main entrance.
We have a really big entry way that doubles as our laundry room and I love it!
Love this Sarah! Happy New Year and God Bless! ❤
I feel so peaceful when i'm watching your videos! Thanks!!
Love you, Sarah! 😘 thanks for being real and a blessing!
I have a laundry room but it’s a multi use storage room ❤love it
Wowowow I needed this. So true. Simple is so much more peaceful.
Thank you for this video. The messages you are sending are so important and helpful. ❤
Love this minimalist type of content
Your videos are such a blessing in my life!
I have a laundry closet- but my washer & dryer are side by side so I do have a shelf which is helpful; however, that closet is right by the heating system, hot water heater and no ceiling so exposed pipes. Certainly not anything fancy!
Perfect video for the new year, thank you fellow mama ❤
I also don’t have one, my washer and dryer is in my kitchen in a closet space like yours. I am actually happy that it’s there it’s more practical for me though 😊 I also really wanted a laundry room but actually realised that what I have works perfectly.
I totally agree with the dishes I am not bothered 😂😂😂my children drop them all the time and yay the op shops in New Zealand have awesome stuff I love op shopping.
I don’t even feel bad about not going to get my hair and etc anymore, as long as I am clean, comfortable and presentable I am not bothered🙊
Great video Sarah! Thank you for sharing! God bless you and your family
I love this video. We live in a cozy home built in 1950, when the laundry was originally outside on the patio. A previous owner got fancy and brought the laundry indoors and you need to squeeze past them to get to our family room. Hallway, no doors, no special room.
I looove the green sweater/cardigan 😍😍 especially with your red/copper hair 🙏🏼🙏🏼
We've had the IKEA 99c plates for over 10 years. We love them!
My "laundry room" is in our garage. I love it because I can hardly hear them!
Love these types of videos! It’s so helpful for me when evaluating my space. Thanks! 🤍
Great comments about being gracious with your body!! AMEN!!
