I honestly hate Costco. It's always crowded, stuff is never in the same place twice (sometimes you can't even find the same stuff twice); and if you just need a few things, it really isn't worth the time and hassle to save a few dollars by going to Costco and having to deal with the crowds and scavenger hunts. In addition to that, we have special dietary needs, and there literally are only 5 things at Costco we can even use. They are not special diet friendly at all. My membership expired, and I didn't realize it had since it's registered to my mom. I needed two things, and they wouldn't let me buy them unless I renewed right then and there. I was so mad I walked out and never went back. Now I have a Sam's Club membership, and it's so much less stressful on account of it's never busy so I literally can just go in and out with my 5 items.
In 2020, during the height of the T.P. hoarding, I was looking ALL OVER TOWN for a couple boxes of Kleenex, specifically Kleenex because I like that brand and had JUST RUN OUT. Thankfully, I found them at Costco, but it came in a pack of 10! I had never monitored my Kleenex consumption habits and thought it was just a 1 year supply of Kleenex. It's been over a year now and I still have several boxes.
@@fairywingsonroses Costco has THE BEST prices! Olive Oil is the obvious one but I also got my electric bike, electric scooter, KitchenAid Mixer and other items there. I'm laughing. I live in Kirkland. Very close to the original Costco. Which is why it's Kirkland signature. And the funniest part is that we used to get hot dogs there, the original hot dog stand really was a hot dog cart. Hot dog and a can of soda for $1.50. Price hasn't changed in roughly 40 years.
"Do you know how much they charge for this at the parks??? I'll show them!" I have said that exact phrase in Costco. Multiple times. Sometimes just to myself. Out loud though.

They do have at least one book on relationships which I bet is GREAT. Also there's several videos on relationships on their website and yep, like another poster mentioned they did say in their TAR podcast that they went to couples counseling. They just seem like the nicest people...I mean, normal people with issues like us all, but that they seem to be continuously striving to improve and do the work to be good and mentally and emotionally healthy. Yes, they are both so funny...Penn especially is hilarious and I love his exuberance. He is SO TALENTED and creative. They're both vulnerable and open and it's beautiful. And yep, they are both very attractive people inside and out!
For the last question, one of their videos suggests Kim has 27 different kinds of soaps. One for her face, another for her face, one to keep her face tight, another one to only put on at night, one that's costs 37 dollars, exfoliating Jojoba seed, Dead Sea mud, and several more.
LOL, this is so relatable! The first time I went to Costco I was sharing a house with 2 friends and 2 of us went shopping. My friend drove and she just had a little car. WE bought so much we had to call our other roommate to come with her car, and we still couldn't' t fit everything in so I had to go home with her to get my car too, lol.
This video is so true. Fortunately, the nearest Costco is 90 minutes away and I only visit once every 6-8 weeks. I went this week for 8 items and expected the bill to be about $400 max. I should have known better and I found out at checkout I had picked up $811 worth of items. I won’t be visiting Costco for at least two months. I am very happy with my purchases but it’s so hard to stick to a list when they might not have that extra item you see ever again.
“Should we take the big car? They have coffins. What if we die?? It’s nice to have one on hand.” We were laughing out loud the entire video on this one. You two killed it! So, so funny. Watched it twice. Sending to all my Costco shopper friends.
Stage 6 is having everything in your home be from Costco, so when the haters are like, nah I don't want to go there and they like your stuff you can respond. "Costco"!
I had to bar my husband from going to Costco alone. I could run in to get 1-3 items and stay on task. As soon as he walked in the doors, his ADHD took over. 😂
That me and my husband. I can get out of Costco with only a pizza, but everytime my husband comes back from Costco, I ask him, "you spent how much?!!" 😆

Our local funeral homes uses Costco Coffins too & just doubles the price to the public - most folks don’t even question it! (Why would they?) But anyone can order them online & you’ll save $1,000’s! They deliver directly to the funeral too! That’s probably the weirdest comment I’ve ever left on a video with the goal of trying to be helpful!
I tried to convince my Dad to buy himself a Costco coffin. He had been looking at the really fancy expensive ones. When I was a kid he said, "Just bury me in any cheap wood box." I tried to be helpful with my info about wholesale cheap coffins. Didn't go well.

I work at Costco had seen this video before and found it quite amusing and accurate. The funny thing is, is that I had to go this employee meeting and they showed this video. And it made everyone one laugh. The one bright side to the meeting lol
So long time ago, they did have reusable bags you could buy. I LOVE MY COSTCO BAGS!! And they are huge! Everyone asks where I found them. Makes Costco runs so much easier.

We bought our modular couch from Costco because the doorways in our house are super narrow and won't fit anything else. We get SO MANY compliments on that couch.

I thought I would never been this type of mom, but here I am, exactly the same you are showing 🤣🤣 and still FABULOUS AS YOU ARE! You are awesome, much love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱🤗❤💙
There's a reason they don't have bags. I brought my own last week after not going for a year, feeling very adult, and then realized when we got to the car that the reason they don't have bags is because nearly everything they sell is too big for bags... Gotta stick up on the boxes by the door.
Where's the stage where you argue after checkout how much you spent, that we need a limit from now on (ours is $700, even for us too high), and that you won't go back for another month. Then the next stage is you go back the next weekend anyway and go over that limit.
I could literally go back every week and go over the limit. It's insane! I now limit it to once a month and local grocery for $100/w in between Costco trips. Bought a basement freezer commercial size just for Costco. I now freeze everything from muffins to bagels to cream cheese. Damn them 🤣
Funny stuff....now! Because we always exceeded our weekly budget the next week we took out cash for Costco to stay on budget.....let's say $250. We got our total at checkout and exceeded our cash! So we still had to use our card and then ended up with that cash withdrawal too. 😂

If they had bought the coffin on the first trip they could have put everything inside it and wouldn’t need bags ⚰️👍

Costco should pay them for the marketing XD
True story
Wait... you mean they didn't!?
Haha or TH-cam is paying them
I'm laughing.
@@heidifruchtl354 you can still get a hot dog and a can of soda for $1.50?
This is LITERALLY my favorite store in the world. It's hard not to spend at least $100.
"Do you know how much they charge for this at the parks??? I'll show them!"
I have said that exact phrase in Costco. Multiple times. Sometimes just to myself. Out loud though.
Moral of the video: just because it’s a good price doesn’t mean you should buy it :)
I'm gonna pretend that I didn't see this-

Most couches less than five figures come in a box. We just paid people to put it together in the back before customers arrived for their custom ordered selections, part of the mark up price. 😂
Actually on my way to Costco now~ I’ll never view shopping there the same 😂 Thanks for putting laughter into our lives on totally relatable topics 😃
Hello Patricia how’re you doing?
I was hoping the rotisserie chicken would make an appearance 😝 when you don’t feel like cooking or you need a short cut for meal prep, Costco rotisserie chicken saves the day!
It’s a marketing ploy! I read an article that they admit they sell them far under value and “lose money” but it’s because they know by selling them cheap and at the back of the store people will likely spend money on several other items, and it works!
As an employee you have no idea how true these stages are. 😂😂
I think this is my favorite episode so far, I was laughing all the way through, and I've only been to Costco once in my lifetime.
Haha truth. I thought you were going to bring up the checkout total, that one always gets me. "$700?!..But I only bought 5 things!"
Haha! $700 seems to be our magic number too!
Yes, the sticker shock at check out is REAL!

A few questions I have:
Whats the secret to your relationship?
How are both of you so funny?
How do both of you look like models?
These questions need to be answered.
@@gillianpioske2769 02.24.2022. A lot of answers (except how they look like models: great metabolisms is my guess) on their Vlogs from their participation on The Amazing Race..
So great! Thanks for the amazing humor. You guys are the best!
Kirkland wines are so good! Outstanding produce. And you didn’t even mention the bakery with pies bigger than your head! Sooooo much to love!
I love how in stage 1 they have Kirkland olive oil 😂
OMG! I just checked and the coffins are $999.99! They're cute too!
Conscious phrase "they killed it" observation on coffins comment ... so sick! And hilarious! And still sick!
I can get out of Costco with only a pizza, but everytime my husband comes back from Costco, I ask him, "you spent how much?!!" 😆
I went to Costco the other day and *cue heavenly angels singing* they're starting to bring the sample ladies back!! Sample Ladies are #6 because you're only a true Costco member when you hip check a senior citizen to get that last stir-fry meatball before they have to cook up another batch.
Don’t feel bad about that hip check. At my local Costco they make Running Man’s Dynaball look like Miss Daisy.
Our local funeral homes uses Costco Coffins too & just doubles the price to the public - most folks don’t even question it! (Why would they?)
But anyone can order them online & you’ll save $1,000’s! They deliver directly to the funeral too!
That’s probably the weirdest comment I’ve ever left on a video with the goal of trying to be helpful!
Word.
🤣
I tried to convince my Dad to buy himself a Costco coffin. He had been looking at the really fancy expensive ones. When I was a kid he said, "Just bury me in any cheap wood box." I tried to be helpful with my info about wholesale cheap coffins. Didn't go well.
😂👍👍
Got any more frugal suggestions for when I croak? Seriously asking.
Stage 5 is why you pickup a couple of plastic bins in Costco, to put the rest of your stuff in.😎👍
Hilarious! It just amazes me how you goofballs find humor in everyday things all of us do. So easy to relate!! I love Costco and your making fun of the mindset you develop shopping there.

Convienently, they also sell deep freezers in isle 24. It's an essential to have if you're a Costco shopper.

Hello 👋how are you doing?
Accurate! We go in for JUST a rotisserie chicken. $350 later….Every.Single.Time.
We always went for the rotisserie chickens and their big tray of chocolate muffins and then of course ended up with tons of other groceries, hahahaha

"That's my favorite constellation!" 😂😂
The belt of Orion is the easiest to puck out !
100% NAILED the 'both together & on-board with everything" attitude!!!! 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where's the stage where you argue after checkout how much you spent, that we need a limit from now on (ours is $700, even for us too high), and that you won't go back for another month. Then the next stage is you go back the next weekend anyway and go over that limit.
Ha ha ha ha ha….So True Richard 😆
I could literally go back every week and go over the limit. It's insane! I now limit it to once a month and local grocery for $100/w in between Costco trips. Bought a basement freezer commercial size just for Costco. I now freeze everything from muffins to bagels to cream cheese. Damn them 🤣
This video was only about DAY 1 of Costco membership-save that for episode 2+ cuz it’s so true!! 😉😂😭😂
Funny stuff....now! Because we always exceeded our weekly budget the next week we took out cash for Costco to stay on budget.....let's say $250. We got our total at checkout and exceeded our cash! So we still had to use our card and then ended up with that cash withdrawal too. 😂
Love this! You also should have shown your face when you see the checkout total. I’m always amazed at how much it is. 😮😳

That's what our neighborhood Costco looks like midweek right after school gets out. That's when I go.
They were probably allowed in to film before the store opened.
@@laurastr1 As someone who stocks mornings there I would be very surprised if they did.
