Try doing hard reset and pull your ethernet cable out then power up see if that works, I tried everything and it fixed it.

Try turning wifi off then hold power button dwn for 10 seconds boot up then turn wifi back on.

Had the same problem , had to open my Xbox and unplug and replug the internal hard drive , not a tech guy and can honestly say not that hard just watch a TH-cam video of how to open an Xbox and it will work right after I just did it took me about 15 min to open it amd put it all back hope it helps , really did work for me wouldn’t make you do all that work for nothing just helping out

@@Web497 just hold the power button for about 10 seconds to restart the xbox , I was downloading a game when I ran into this problem and the game when had problem wasn't downloading as well, I've seen other post ppl have same problems and had a game loading so maybe something to do with that, since I've done the above been running fine.
