Deflection at B in real beam = B.M at B in C.B why this formula 100+(2(200)/ 100 +200 (2/3} you should have explained before you continuer @CivilSAC
This is due to some error in editing.
The deflections at B = bM at B in CB = Area of trapezoid X Distance of CG of trapezoid from B.

I think the answer is wrong! I tried verifying it with Comsol.
All the numerical problems are verified and the answers are correct, You can try to solve in StaadPro or ETABS.
