    Thank you for this very informative video. I am considering purchase of a 200k mile 2014 Honda Accord hybrid. Your perspective is very helpful. Well done and again, thanks.

    i am buying one today December 4 2023. A used one for 12k 2017 hybrid unplug in model. Car as 112k mileage. will this still a good buy or will i spend more money later? any ideas? need honest opinion. Or should i just stay with the gas model?
    I am afraid that when the battery fail, i might have to spent a leg and arm to get the battery replacement install.

    I fixed cupping by replacing a bad shock. Have you checked this?

    Did you buy extended warranty in this vehicle?

    • @abiezz
      @abiezz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No I didn’t. Never needed any repairs. Just be mindful for some reason mine chewed the inner threads on the rear tires. Rock solid vehicle!

    Why is your mpg so low?

    • @online247365
      @online247365 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Looks like mostly highway driving. I'd guess very little in-town driving so not getting the benefit of regenerative braking like you do when driving in stop-and-go traffic all the time. Considering it's mostly long distances and highway driving, it's pretty impressive highway mpg on a hybrid!

      Car is sold. But up to the day I sold it it was still driving as good as day 1. No issues. No idiot lights. Only thing I can mention was the rear tires had a tendency to wear on the inboard edges.
      I think is shouldn’t have sold it but oh well…..

    Did you ever have to replace the battery? I’ve heard they need to be replaced around 100k and cost about 15k. I just bought a 2015 touring accord with 77k mí on it, do I need to be worried about the hybrid battery??
