三文魚頭 1 個
滑豆腐 1 盒
味噌 140 克
薑、蔥 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 三文魚頭洗淨吸乾水,煎至兩面金黃加入一片薑及適量熱水。
2️⃣ 加入豆腐煮 5 分鐘。
3️⃣ 最後加入味噌及試味,撒上蔥花即可出鍋。
🟢Ingredients:
Salmon head - 1
Soft tofu- 1 box
Miso paste - 140g
Ginger, spring onion - as needed
🟢Cooking directions:
1️⃣ Rinse and dry the salmon head. Pan fry until both sides are golden brown. Add a slice of ginger and enough hot water.
2️⃣ Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Finally, add miso and season to taste. Sprinkle with spring onions before serving.

Cod fish head is even better if you can find it,the salmon fish head can be diced and steam with black beans 😋👌😜

@@oe_cook The fish heads are normally throw away, nowadays the fishmonger knows that oriental people wants it than they sell for a small price, you can ask them to save the fish heads for you if you are a regular customer
