hello superstars! we're back with another episode in the Artist living in Paris diaries! my channel is Paris plus being a multimedia artist content for those who are new! Today im finally back in Paris !! A new chapter, back in my Paris apartment and feeling very chatty about some dreams coming true (new art residency, art studio, projects for my channel) and some thoughts about finding home as an Artist. ALSO! I just realized that a year ago I walked to the beach and journaled down my manifestations after watching a video of yours. I wrote down my manifestations of living in a loft apartment in Seoul with huge windows over looking the city and now I’m HERE! Wild!

AHHH Watching this on my day off after working 12 hours a day (freelance) every day this week, both to pay bills, save for my cat's upcoming teeth cleaning and wanting to start saving for my future (make my money work for me baby!) IM GRINDING... -18C outside, so working a lot is making the best of it... now I have a cup of tea, toast with brie and honey, and am just enjoying this..... I keep your videos for later like desserts :)

OMG - the wishing jar! I did it and it was so powerful that it took me by surprise! I got really emotional writing down wishes - and then the one I felt most itense about while writing it down came out as the last one, the one to focus on in 2024! Thank you, Shayna, for inspiring me to give this 'exercise' a go! Have a great 2024!
I think you should treat the crack in your ceiling like what happens when a plate gets broken in China and they glue it back together and repair it and then paint the seam in Gold leaf- but you could pretend you're doing the ceiling painting in accentuate a beautiful hand-painted cracked like it's of a stone and do it in gold and dark deep brown colors. really make it stand out in your ceiling ...surrounded still in your white color.

REALLY REALLY Crazy too here. I did the wish jar and my wish already came true!!! It's super wild mind altering change. And also within the last two weeks of January some really big invitations for creative oppertunites have come into my world as a result of my past years works. This year already....WOW. So happy for you too Shayna!

I really like your song! I had lived in Paris as a student many years ago, and when I visited someone there in 2019, I felt like I was levitating from happiness, because I forgot how much I loved it. Now I'm planning to retire there.

I am from the same location as you, Shayna. I always have felt out of place. I feel like I would be better off in a quiet culture with seasons. I am not able to leave. I have always felt trapped in Florida. I just have surrendered and trust it is all for a reason.

Yeaahh so excited for the paris artist sessions that sounds like a great idea 💕 my spiritual hygiene practices include meditating, yoga and journalling. Also at the end of each day i ask myself what was the most fun of today? So I train my brain to look for that also 🥰

Hi Shayna, I'm so grateful for your new video, it really resonates a lot with my life recently, I'm also a working artist and decided to keep my studio at home because of rent, but it's difficult because I also want to connect with an art community ! I've also been trying to balance this need for isolation for creativity and sharing with new people in my teaching spaces,, I'll try the wish jar :) You should totally pursue this musical side of you !! I'm assuming this is like a condo if you have a mortgage on the apartment, so who's responsible for structural issues? I would assume ceilings, walls and foundational issues would be the building owners responsibility? Just wondering if this is even really your problem or if you can talk to the owner. The apartment upstairs might be the issue.

If your mortgage is for the leasehold and the crack is being caused by water damage related to the roofing issues then it will be the freeholder who will be responsible for some if not all repairs. Check the terms and conditions of your purchase and what your home insurance covers 💜💜💜
Although if you own the leasehold in the space above - and have the right to convert - then you are probably responsible for the roof! X

Studio can hold for a little bit. Had putting € towards mortgage. Is it more expensive than rent for two places before? Curious how much a place in Paris to buy. Maybe one day to talk about it
