Hello sweet friends! Today I want to give a message from the heart about the power of romanticizing your life. Romanticizing your life is tapping into an energy that is abundant - it’s surreal and absurd, it’s hopeful and charming, it’s imaginative and silly, it’s creativity and inspiring - it’s making choices from a place of love over fear, it’s trusting instead of worrying, its the feeling of truly being present for your life.
In our society the term « romanticizing your life » is often associated with frivolity and another way to make those who do tap into this energy, most specifically girls feel foolish- for example people say that the delulu girls use as an excuse to keep their head in the clouds; we are often taught that things need to be hard, that we need to be serious to be successful; but in reality its the complete opposite. Romanticizing you life is about being present and practicing self love by allowing yourself to go with the flow and enjoy life; Life is so full of sadness and disappointments, but once you decide you are no longer going to be a victim of outside circumastances and find ways to make magic around you life becomes elevated.Thanks so much for watching! I don't know if you know that but you have an incredible talent for explaining complex feelings and thought processes in simple, clear terms. At so many points in the video I had to press pause to let your words sink in, say them out loud and write them down because they carry so much energy. Thank you so much for that!
Sometimes I set a timer for 15 min right as I begin cleaning (or any big task) and I say « ok how much can I get done in 15 min « and by the end of 15 min, I can let that be it, or more usually, I’m ready to challenge myself again to get it done in another 15 minutes. It makes it kind of like a game, and feels less daunting in 15 min intervals ☺️

I had a pretty low vibe this week (the lunar eclipse got me lol) after watching this I stopped what I was doing, cleaned the fridge with tacky 2000s music blasting, changed my sheets, cleaned my closet, now I'm gonna go on a call and after that take a long bath ( with bath salts I bought in Japan away back and never took the time ) and make some clay stuff. Why? Because I appreciate myself and take care of myself 😊 Thank you for reminding me not to take everything sooo seriously.

I believe it's true that you can feel the energy of a piece of art. Having seen Hilma af Klint's work at the Tate last summer I was astounded by the powerful presence of those paintings and the energy in the gallery, particularly since abstract art is something I hadn't connected to before 💜

Love this video so much, I'm big on romanticizing! Btw, I wrote my thesis on plant communication and bioacoustics. Plants do sense sound vibrations, they definitely influence them!! Certain frequencies help increase growth rate, germination, and even drought resistance. A woman named Monica Gagliano has some great talks here on youtube if you want to learn more. Haha So telling your manifestation plants you love them isn't far-fetched at all

Right now i trie to do my art less purposefull, less aimfull, less professional ( not sure about the last one ;). Its quiet challenging for me, I am afraid to disturb or offend art itself as one of my values and I am afraid to loose my own enjoyment and pleasure in the arts of me, at least those which are connected in respect or even pleasure in art and in putting phantasy and creation very high. But it s one good way I can keep it healthy for me as an human. And it seems its mainly internalized pressure-quality-status shit of society...but I find it hard to free myself more of these as I also see qualities and skills in art and not only personal enjoyment or experience, but craftpeopleship. At the same time I also enjoy simple things and avenues to art and life.... I guess its so difficult for me to be in it creating and fullfilling or feeding at the same time my outside-eyes or my observing audience art-needs and navigating them at the same time.Giving mir shut about how things appear and enjoy more is important and desirable, but I am not always there or free in it. I was loving your gorilla-video from the ceiling!
