Yes words count and condition. It is amazing how many people choose the ugly way to say things. Thanks Susan for making a difference in me.
An incredible speaker - with elocution & crispness. Her vernacular shows her to be intelligent & with a warehouse of vocabulary. Her approach to situations & afterward solutions prove, with her anecdotes & stories, to have a revealing of her being a woman of the world . . . no armchair debating sculptor of ideas but one who has seen & done & lived as few others.
Bravo, Ms. Wranik, bravo.
Finally a talk which refrain people's using abusive words which is getting so common.
Thank you, Susan! My main take-aways: Use "I have explained myself?" instead of "Do you understand?" and the power of want/can/will. I'd already learned the negative side of the word "little" - are you going to your little meeting? And had vowed years ago to never use that word except in the context of actual size "what a little dog!" Thanks again, Susan. I always enjoy talking with you and seeing you and the video was a treat!
