I have not enough words to thank you, the last hint saved me from keeping frustrated with windows 11 audio, and also hesitating in switching back to windows 10. Great work man, ty!
YES! thank god I watched this! my airpod maxs sounded like a phone when playing online games. disaibling the mic in sound and gaming controllers was all I needed. cant use the mic but it's easy to replace that with an external. THANK YOU!!!
i just disabled the mic and problem solved. thank you for letting me know.
Much appreciated! First time with Windows 11 this week and it has bugs! Never had this issue with Windows 10.
the tutorial seems rlly good, but for some reason none of those helped, i also noticed that it was stuck at 16bits 16000hz, and didnt let me change
That was very thorough, thank you. 👍
Uninstalling my Bluetooth headphones from the device manager then restarting worked for me. 3:05 thank you!!
Thank god I read your comment first

there's this issue where my audio is crystal clear when running no games but as soon as I run call of duty: warzone, the audio quality feel like I'm talking on a phone call. IF there is any fix for this, please let me know.

Joel Gonzalez8 months ago so i was able to resolve just now, this might work for you hopefully. So i went to the change system sounds, then went to the recording tab and right clicked on my headphones and pressed disconnect
Do this i am sure it will work
@RED SKULL didn't work but thanks for trying 😁

Going through the same thing rn, did you manage to fix it?
@@nina93102 I did! Not a lick of help from TH-cam. But that might’ve been a user error on my behalf. I contacted support from the brand laptop that I’m using. They took over. Installed acouple drivers from online and fixed the problem flawlessly
low-quality issue resolved: by updating bios drivers through hp support assistant app

Hey I tried all these methods and none of them worked but I found a solution that worked for me. You’ll need to go to control panel, hardware and sound, devices and printers, right click on your headset, properties, services, uncheck the hands free telephony, press apply and you’re all set. If you don’t hear anything from your headset just turn it off and back on. It took me a while to find this solution

Qualité de merde que sur Windows... rien ne aide. Android ou Linux son de bon qualité
I have a solution for you the reason why it’s happening is because of the microphone.disable the mic on what ever you are using and it goes back to normal.I recommend getting a microphone for pc so you can use that.
