Yup, I am going for this! Pro tip, I use a gallon freezer bag to mix stuff. Pour in stuff, plenty of air to make a bubble, zip up and roll around till everything is mixed. You can even store in the same bag. No cleanup.
Mine is in the oven as i type 😃. I think a good suggestion is to first pulse just the almonds and hazelnuts since they are bigger so that you can get them to a decent size, then add the smaller nuts and pulse only a couple times quickly to basically just mix all the nuts. This way you’ll be in better control of the mix so that it won’t turn into a ground meal/butter. I was at Trader Joe’s and didn’t feel like spending an additional $6.50 on pumpkin seeds so I instead used hemp seeds in place of the pumpkin seeds, which are very nutritional and low in carbs. This is gonna make a great cereal 🤗 I added a ton of pumpkin pie spice to the mix as well and tablespoon of coconut oil to the wet ingredients to help bind the hemps hearts and everything better. Can’t wait to try it 🤗🤗
This has to be the best keto recipe channel on TH-cam! He makes it simple and it looks effortless. Thank you for having a channel the other ones are so overwhelming and they seem to have very long intros, you go right in to what folks want to see. Well done!!
I’ve made a lot of your recipes. This one is definitely one of my favorites. Paired with low carb yogurt and berries, I could eat this all day, everyday. Thank you!
Since discovering your granola recipe last year I've had it for breakfast every morning with Greek yogurt sprinkled with freeze dried raspberry pieces. I'm addicted to it!
Baking in the oven now. Excited to see the results and I agree with the other commenter that it’s great when you already have all the ingredients on hand
I love your channel so much I have been on keto for 13days now and I have a little cravings and seeing all the delicious and healthy keto recipes makes me so happy 🥰
So glad I found this, been getting so bored of egg and all the usual Keto breakfasts. Really been missing my porridge and granola. Shall be going to the shop tomorrow to get everything for this.
You just have the best ideas! One of the things I miss most on keto, especially when our winter hits 🇨🇦 is a great warmed granola or oatmeal. You have given me both. Thanks so much 👏🏼💐
Nice one!!! I am making this and after I break it up I am adding some freeze dried crumbled strawberries...mmmmmm. Joe...I am such a happy keto fan of yours!!!
Can't wait to give this a try. I miss cereal and this would make a great break from eggs. Ratio keto yogurt must be an east coast brand but will look for it at my local health food stores.
I have missed eating this too. It doesn't look difficult to make for sure. Thanks. I will be trying this one out. It's super delicious with yogurt too.
This looks amazing Joe!! I love how finely ground the nits are to make more of a chunky powder than whole nuts. My biggest struggle with keto granola is that it's just nuts and seeds but this is blended so well that I think it would be hard to tell its made up of nuts 😆
I have mine in the oven now! My tweek I put some dark cocoa powder, vanilla extract and little vanilla stevia. Next time I thinl I will heat the peanut butter alittle, would be easier to mix. But it smells heavenly and won't have to buy to higher carb keto granola snacks people are peddling out there
ThaClancyFam2 someone else said that the sugar is the actual carb. So if it says 4 carbs and 2 sugars that I don’t need to count the sugars. But I thought you add the carbs and sugar together to get the final carb count.
ah - If you’re referring to the Nutrition Facts label, total carbs includes the sugar, fiber, etc. Therefore, you don’t have to add the sugar to the total carbs, because it’s already included. I hope I’m understanding your question.
Sorry if this has been asked, but would you add another egg white (or 2?) to make these hold a "bar" shape rather than a crumble? Trying to get my husband off of natures valley granola bars lol.
I love granola and thank-you so so much for this recipe. I am sorry if I am wrong but why in the full recipe is written carb 8.5 and previously 3.5? Which one is right? Forgive me if I am wrong😇
Do you guys add the sugar as a carb? Like if something says it has 6 carbs and 2 sugars and zero fiber.. do you just add the carbs and sugar together to make it equal 8carbs total? That’s what I do bc carbs and sugars are essentially the same thing.
@@ah-ss7he Perhaps I am ketoing wrong. When I look at a food label I look at total carbs then I subtract fiber and sugar alcohols. I use that as my Net Carbs....and I try to keep that below 25-30 each day.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. While I haven't yet made it, I do make one far less substantial. But NOW I am going to go NUTS and do yours. With one exception...this girl can't do that confectioners stuff. While my taste buds love it, what happens after isn't a love affair. 🤣 So the powder I use or will use for this is my keto protein powder measure for measure as Joe is using. Wanted to leave it as a suggestion for anyone else who struggles like I do with that white powdery substance Joe loves to use. (Love the idea...I just can't do it). PS> I am giddy to go all NUTS!
This is a really good recipe with awesome macros ! :) But i got a bit confused with the serving size... Joe, can you please tell us ( i am sure i am not the only one ;) ) in grams please? I am on calories count and that will help tremendously ! :) Thanks!
This looks SO good! My only concern is does the peanut butter really come through? I'm not a huge peanut butter (or other but butter) fan. 😬 Could I substitute for anything else? I'm pretty new to all things keto, but I'm trying!

No cleanup but you are getting plenty of toxins from plastic. Common people, wise up.

Yeeeees!!
What peanut butter did you use? The link you have for peanut butter points to chia seeds
palabra17 it just needs to be low sugar. If you click on the link in the description box, the full recipe is there and there’s a diff link to the pb
@@palabra17 use natural. Nothing added. Pip and nut is good. You can buy it in a big tub.
Hi Joe. I just made this recipe exactly as the recipe says. I absolutely love it!!🥰Thanks for your hard work and fantastic recipes!
Thanks so much for telling about the ratio yogurt. I tried it & it’s sooo good!!
This looks incredible! Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I add 2 tbl. Of heavy cream to my almond milk. Gives the milk a better texture...yumm!
I am going to try it today it seems so delicious i can’t wait

Joe, you should sell the granola ready to enjoy. I would buy it😁
Amazing recipe as usual. Thanks
Can I replace peanut butter with almond butter? Can’t wait to try this, thank you so much! Looks yummy 😋
Yes you can or it can be any type of nut butter.
@@monicaant.1422 Thank you. Making this today, can't wait to try.
I need this in my life. I love granola, but can't eat much of it on keto. Game changer for sure!
This looks so good!
I have missed eating this too. It doesn't look difficult to make for sure. Thanks. I will be trying this one out. It's super delicious with yogurt too.

Looks so delish Joe. Thank.you for this recipe. GOD bless you Joe. Thank.you for sharing with us.

Looks amazing! Thank you. May God bless you all 🙏🏾💕
Thank you! You too!
Great video! I've been missing cereal lately. Can't wait to try this.
Toast everything first. Use virgin coconut oil no eggs no peanut butter use some agave for sweetness
So delish! Easy and quick. Awesome recipe!💯

Joe Duff - The Diet Chef joe if something has 6 carbs and two sugars and zero fiber does that equal 8 carbs? Do you include sugar in the carb total?
ah yes, sugar definitely counts.
ThaClancyFam2 someone else said that the sugar is the actual carb. So if it says 4 carbs and 2 sugars that I don’t need to count the sugars. But I thought you add the carbs and sugar together to get the final carb count.

Come to my home in TX and make all these great recipes for me or mail them to me fully prepared! Thanks!
Thanks for the recipe! Is it possible to use whole egg instead of just the white part?

Haha the wait is over :)
Looks amazing 🤩 can’t wait to make it 😍
Hi joe can you please let me know what kind of yogurt no sugar I mean keto always love your channel
What can I substitute the peanut butter with I don’t like peanut butter
Any nut or seed butter should work Jose
Thank you
Seems you could make some really nice keto granola bars out of it as well.
Instead of peanut butter can we use something else?
Do you guys add the sugar as a carb? Like if something says it has 6 carbs and 2 sugars and zero fiber.. do you just add the carbs and sugar together to make it equal 8carbs total? That’s what I do bc carbs and sugars are essentially the same thing.
Sugar should be included in carbs. Unless is says sugar alcohol. In your example you would have 6 carbs...2 of which are sugar.
El Guanto oh really?? I thought that you add the carbs PLUS the sugar. I think that’s how it used to be when I did Atkins back in the day.
@@ah-ss7he Perhaps I am ketoing wrong.
When I look at a food label I look at total carbs then I subtract fiber and sugar alcohols. I use that as my Net Carbs....and I try to keep that below 25-30 each day.
El Guanto idk I need Joe to answer!
@@ah-ss7he @elguanto is right
As headbangers kitchen would say. Give it all a gooood mix!
It looks yummy surely I will make it
Thank you for sharing
Enjoy it Emy :)
I don't have a food processor, can i use a blender? @joe duff-the diet chef
This recipe is awesome! Can we do the granola with other type of nut butter? Like hazelnut butter or cashew butter? 😍🙏😊👅🔔❤️
If you go to where his written recipe is you get all kinds of alternative ideas.
That yogurt is the BEST I've tried but hard to find...can't remember where I found it. Wal-Mart?????

It looks really delicious, but please tell me what can use instead egg whites? I am allergic 😕.
Ground flaxseed is known to be egg substitute
K Baz thanks but in Grams??
Thanks for your recipes I love the banana muffins 🤩👍 now I gonna do the granola
Is there anything that can be used instead of eggs?
You can try a flaxseed “egg”: ground flaxseed and water that thickens together. If google is correct, should come out to .2 net carbs per 1 tbsp.
I have peanut allergy, is there something I can use to replace the peanut butter?
What peanut butter did you use? The link you have for peanut butter points to chia seeds
Joe thanks much for all your wonderful recipes, I am down 25 pounds
Would it work to use a knife to section it into smaller rectangles before baking to make granola bars?
This is a really good recipe with awesome macros ! :) But i got a bit confused with the serving size... Joe, can you please tell us ( i am sure i am not the only one ;) ) in grams please? I am on calories count and that will help tremendously ! :) Thanks!
can u give us a recipe for brownie brittle? missssss those...
Awesome as always 😋
Should you not heat nut and seed ?? just saying
Wow. Thanks Joe. You how long I haven't had granola. I miss it so much well now I'm going to try making this and I gotta find that keto yogurt. ❤️🙂
100 man it's sooo good :)
Can you not make your own?
Can we omit the sugar? or does this mess with the way it sets up?
This looks SO good! My only concern is does the peanut butter really come through? I'm not a huge peanut butter (or other but butter) fan. 😬 Could I substitute for anything else? I'm pretty new to all things keto, but I'm trying!
What was oven temperature?
Hi
Can we use a microwave instead of an oven for this recipe?
It looks yummy! Thank you 😊
Awesome!!
Awesome thanks
looks awesome
Not that you don’t have the BEST recipes but if you’re feelings lazy Sola brand makes awesome keto granola.
what happens if you use the whole eggs?
amazing video
Hi 👋🏻Joe can you please tell me where you bought the yogurt from? Thank you 👍🏻love your videos 😁
I found some at my local Walmart but only in coconut, strawberry, and black cherry flavor. They are indeed so delicious and creamy!!
Thanks a lot! 🙏
Just made it, I added hulled hemp hearts 💞💞💞
Egg substitute please
How would u work this one for 1 person , grams wise #plzadvise
This is amazing!
Did you track all those omega6's?!
To much protein fot my belly I think
Please put ingredients and amounts in description
Looks delicious, but a bowl full of this for breakfast looks like it would be like 1,000 or 1,500 calories?!
