Hi Rob, I'm an Electrical and electronics engineering graduate in India(passed out in July 2023)..I wanted to study engineering and management together for my masters...so I came to know about Masters in Engineering and Management...and recently I got admit from UniSA for Masters in Engineering ( Management ). So what's your take on this course in UniSA. Hoping for your reply Rob. I came across your channel recently and its really informative. You are really doing a great job... thanks for your videos Rob❤
That’s an excellent choice mate. Both engineering and management are strong disciplines at UniSA. I’m a fan. Check the campus where the course is delivered. Engineering might be at Mawson Lakes, which is a bit out of the city (I’ve done a review on it, see the UniSA playlist). CityWest is where much of the management stuff is housed from memory. It would just be good to know if you need to travel between campuses at all 👍
Thank you for your reply Rob♥️, When I checked the timetable about the course in the Uni website, I came to know that different units of this course is distributed among different campuses of UniSA, as you said, most of the management related courses are offered in the citywest and cityeast campuses and engineering units are taught at Mawson Lakes campus. However, I came to know that majority of the lectures in my course are taught online except for practicals and seminars. (As an Indian student, we have an entirely different curriculum and I'm not aware about the Aussie curriculum...bt I know that strong emphasis is on practicals, assignments and other performances). So, is it okey take this course? Once again thank you for your reply.
Hi dear, good day to you. I appreciate the tremendous efforts you put in making these videos for us. God bless you. I got an offer letter from UniSA. I'll study at Mawson lakes campus. So may I request you to do a video covering all the facilities, accommodation criteria, transportation etc. Thanks dear. Have a great day ahead.
Hiya! Congrats on your offer letter. it's the best feeling in the world I'm a UniSA Student and I sometimes travel there for study instead of going to the city. Mawson Lakes is a huge campus. But it all works together so well. The Sir Eric Neal Library (Building C) is conveniently located across from the "food court" area which comprises of Zambrero's and Frankies DIner. If you drink Coffee, they do great coffee at Frankie's. Campus Central is also located in Building C. There is also a gym on campus When you first start, it will be a bit stressful for the first few weeks trying to find your sea legs and locating where classrooms are. There is an incredible app that I used when I started at City West that helped me locate everything. From classrooms to something as small as where the water fountains are located around campus. The app is called Lost On Campus. I would seriously recommend downloading it. It will be super helpful when you first start. In terms of public transport, there is no shortage whatsoever. Near the library, there is a bus stop that will take you straight to Mawson Interchange (depending on what bus you take, of course). However, if you like the fresh air, the train station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the University. If you have any questions, let me know!

Hi, I know it's been a long time since you made this video but I hope to hear from you. I plan to study accounting in February next year. And between the 2 options, uni of Adelaide and uniSA, which one is better because I heard that UNISA is better in terms of business and students in there are also better supported. looking forward to your reply soon ^^
Personally, I'd be looking at UniSA over UoA at this point in time. That's based on a few different things that are a bit long to explain, but right now that would be my choice.
Hi, I'm planning to study degree in business (logistics and supply chain management). I got offers from UniSa and Victoria University. I still don't know which one to choose, do you have any suggestions or recommendations?
Sorry, I missed this comment earlier. I really love UniSA for its business programs - excellent business school with dual accreditation and lots of opportunities inside and outside the classroom. Adelaide is a great city too.
Hello, can I know which uni you ended up choosing? I received an offer to study degree in logistics and supply chain management from UniSA and I'm thinking of whether to accept the offer. 😅
Both excellent choices for social work. Depends not only on the uni teaching imho but also on the other stuff the uni can offer. RMIT has awesome work integrated learning and learning abroad programs. UniSA is a very industry connected uni. Melbourne and Adelaide are very different cities too. Melbourne is huge with everything. Adelaide is smaller but with a cheaper cost of living. Climates are different too. Just a few things for you to think about! 😉
Hello, I'm planning to study at uniSA for psychological science. I was wondering if you had any idea if its easy to get a job after studying psychology here?
Psychology is a broad discipline. If you mean clinical psychology, most clinicians have to study a Masters degree in order to get admitted into clinical practice. If it's to go into a related discipline, like HR, counselling etc there are many options for work.
Excellent program at UniSA. Mawson Lakes is out of the city (I’ve been there but haven’t done a video on it yet), so it’s be better imo if it were at the City West campus, but cost of accommodation will be cheaper out of the city so there are definitely upsides.
any recommendations or insight into choosing an university in Australia with a good masters programme in media and communication? Would you be kind enough to recommend some! I am looking to make a career in marketing, advertising and content creation further down in the future. Would you recommend Uni SA for this course?
Hi mate - have replied on another vid but see here you're more specific about marketing/advertising. UniSA is a good choice for this. I really like their branding/marketing program and the business school is AACSB accredited. Swinnie would be ahead of UC after UniSA imo
Heyy!! I am a medical student from India and planning to study my undergraduates at UniSA, plz tell me your review about the radiology course available there and also what are the top careers in the medical field in Australia other than radiologists Thanks
UniSA has good health programs. All health disciplines and allied health disciplines are in demand in Australia, so choose one that appeals to you most.
Hey Rob, I am planning to study masters of business analytics, can you suggest which university is better either UniSA or Macquarie, please need your suggestion mate 🙌🏼
These are both excellent unis in that space. Both the business schools are highly reputable. Adelaide and Sydney (particularly Macquarie Park, where the uni is) are quite different so you might want to look at other things than just which program you want to do: also where to live, work, internship opportunities, etc.
I studies education at UNi SA at the old Underdale campus before it was closed. It must have been around the year 2000. I would not advise anyone to study with this organization. They were completely oblivious of you after they received your payment.
Do you think UniSA is good for art and design? It seems that it's the only university (in Australia) which has illustration and animation major, but I can't find any reviews :/
I'm going to do the same course with same major omg! have you already started also I think new castle has the same course but unfortunately its way expensive than unisa.
I’m thinking of studying master of early childhood education(teaching) in either Flinders Uni or UniSA. Could you advise which university might be better in terms of practical experience and quality of lectures?
Hi Kate - that’s a bit too specific for me to answer. Both unis have good teaching programs from my broad understanding. Have you already looked at qilt.edu.au and compared them side by side?
I have offers from UC, canberra and Swinburne Uni, melbourne...comparing the two or any other universities in australia, could you recommend unis with good masters programme in media and communication?
Hi mate - these are both good options. UC has a strong media program, as does Swinburne. Both have good industry linkages. Melbourne and Canberra are VERY different cities though, so I would certainly consider that as part of my decision. It also depends what sort of media/comms you're looking to do. On the journalism side I'd tend towards UC. On design, web and communication sides I'd pick Swinnie.
Nice Indiana Jones hat its kinda sad that most younger people are sort of funneled into specific degrees and not inspired go to universities with their dreams ! I am doing same thing I was doing since I was 4.5 years old ! There is no university for dreams you create the learning experience yourself....
That really depends on a lot of personal preferences. If I had to choose, I’d go to Perth - the outdoors are awesome, there are lively areas (like Northbridge and Fremantle) and great beaches. But I love Adelaide too - there’s lots of positives to it as a city.
I'm actually planning to start studying in UNISA next year for masters in management (Tourism and Event Management) but I'm still confused if it worth it or not or is there any better University which offers better opportunity and carrier options.
@@D28DSA They are both great unis and strong tourism programs. Monash is a much bigger university with big beautiful campuses and a higher ranking. UniSA is considered a more practical university, so presumably it would have strong industry linkages. The business school (that tourism is taught out of) is very strong. Melbourne and Adelaide are very different cities - Melbourne is very big. Adelaide is about 1.5 million people, so much more accessible and relaxed.

Thank you for your reply Rob♥️,
When I checked the timetable about the course in the Uni website, I came to know that different units of this course is distributed among different campuses of UniSA, as you said, most of the management related courses are offered in the citywest and cityeast campuses and engineering units are taught at Mawson Lakes campus.
Once again thank you for your reply.
i planned to apply there and I hope I can get scholarships also :) Thank you for the review! 💕
Good luck!
Thanks JN,
Congrats on getting your offer letter.
Yes, I’ll try to get out to Mawson Lakes this year!
Hiya!
Congrats on your offer letter. it's the best feeling in the world
I'm a UniSA Student and I sometimes travel there for study instead of going to the city.
There is also a gym on campus
When you first start, it will be a bit stressful for the first few weeks trying to find your sea legs and locating where classrooms are.
@@marcusr9135 Hello dear, how are you doing? I need your help regarding the current situation. Basically, I was supposed to make the payment by last month. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, it wasn't been possible. In the meantime, I talked to the university international team weather the intake will be delayed! So, they told me to wait until April and then make payment. As well as there is yet no declaration of delaying the July admission. Since the lockdown in Australia is gonna revoke soon. But I concern about my country. Here in my country Bangladesh the virus detection is at an early age. I think the lockdown will remain for a long time. At this moment what I'm thinking that if I get the visa for July and can't fly because of the lockdown in my country how can I start the intake? In this case, will the university cancel my visa or I have to wait for the next intake? I appreciate your worthy opinion. Thank you
@@jn7300 hi there!
As much as I'd like to be able to help in this situation, I'm really not sure what can be done.
I would be careful about making any payments though. Im not sure how long the bans will be in place for. Its also dependent on how long international flights in and out of the country will be banned...
Sorry I can't be of much help in this instance
@@marcusr9135 Thank you for your suggestion. I'll be careful in making the payment and all.
Hi, I know it's been a long time since you made this video but I hope to hear from you. I plan to study accounting in February next year. I am wondering if this major is easy to get a job in Adelaide as an international student? And between the 2 options, uni of Adelaide and uniSA, which one is better because I heard that UNISA is better in terms of business and students in there are also better supported. looking forward to your reply soon ^^
Personally, I'd be looking at UniSA over UoA at this point in time. That's based on a few different things that are a bit long to explain, but right now that would be my choice.
@@ChoosingYourUni Thank you for the reply and for all of your help.
Wow, this channel and the video is wonderful.
Thank you Annisa 🤗
You could share this with someone if you found it valuable?
Hi, I'm planning to study degree in business (logistics and supply chain management). I got offers from UniSa and Victoria University. I still don't know which one to choose, do you have any suggestions or recommendations?
Sorry, I missed this comment earlier. I really love UniSA for its business programs - excellent business school with dual accreditation and lots of opportunities inside and outside the classroom. Adelaide is a great city too.
Hello, can I know which uni you ended up choosing? I received an offer to study degree in logistics and supply chain management from UniSA and I'm thinking of whether to accept the offer. 😅
I want to do bachelor of social work. I want to choose btw rmit nd unisa. Which one do you think is better?
Both excellent choices for social work. Depends not only on the uni teaching imho but also on the other stuff the uni can offer.
RMIT has awesome work integrated learning and learning abroad programs. UniSA is a very industry connected uni.
Melbourne and Adelaide are very different cities too. Melbourne is huge with everything. Adelaide is smaller but with a cheaper cost of living. Climates are different too.
Just a few things for you to think about! 😉
Heyy.. thanks for this video!
I wanted to pursue Masters in Health Service Management from UniSA. Could you pls give an honest review of the same?
Good program from what I know 👍
Hello, I'm planning to study at uniSA for psychological science.
Hey.... I'm planning to do my Master's In Data Science in uniSA Mawson Lakes Campus in Feb 2023...How's this field of study at uniSA?
Excellent program at UniSA. Mawson Lakes is out of the city (I’ve been there but haven’t done a video on it yet), so it’s be better imo if it were at the City West campus, but cost of accommodation will be cheaper out of the city so there are definitely upsides.
@@ChoosingYourUni I would love that too.. But MS in data science is offered only in the mawson lakes campus!
any recommendations or insight into choosing an university in Australia with a good masters programme in media and communication? Would you be kind enough to recommend some! I am looking to make a career in marketing, advertising and content creation further down in the future. Would you recommend Uni SA for this course?
Hi mate - have replied on another vid but see here you're more specific about marketing/advertising.
UniSA is a good choice for this. I really like their branding/marketing program and the business school is AACSB accredited. Swinnie would be ahead of UC after UniSA imo
@@ChoosingYourUni thanks mate. Love your content and your channel. Thank you for replying. Love from India.
🙏👍🙌
Thank bro, this is good information for me, i would like to enroll at that university. Let's help me with more information ya. See you there
Good luck mate 👍
Mate, please go to Blue mountain hotel management school
Not a uni so not in my remit unfortunately 😞
The mountains are beautiful though!
Rn i am planning to study masters of environmental science there. Do u know weather this masters in worthy of a job there.
Envi sci is a good program at UniSA and an important field for the decades ahead. I have a review of UniSA Mawson Lakes campus coming out soon
Heyy!!
I am a medical student from India and planning to study my undergraduates at UniSA, plz tell me your review about the radiology course available there and also what are the top careers in the medical field in Australia other than radiologists
Thanks
UniSA has good health programs. All health disciplines and allied health disciplines are in demand in Australia, so choose one that appeals to you most.
@@ChoosingYourUni okay Thanks!
What about ug in the university of Adelaide for medical courses?
Same, all professionally accredited and it’s a good uni.
@@ChoosingYourUni Okay, Thank you
Hey Rob, I am planning to study masters of business analytics, can you suggest which university is better either UniSA or Macquarie, please need your suggestion mate 🙌🏼
I’d say almost everything has changed in 20 years. The uni is really doing great these days.
Maybe I get admission in this university for MBA marketing. We're InTouch with each other, but I need scholarship to support study.
Good luck!
Do you think UniSA is good for art and design? It seems that it's the only university (in Australia) which has illustration and animation major, but I can't find any reviews :/
Yes. I’ve seen the art and drawing spaces and they’re good. The unis is going from strength to strength.
@@ChoosingYourUni I see, thank you!
👍
I'm going to do the same course with same major omg! have you already started also I think new castle has the same course but unfortunately its way expensive than unisa.
@@ishita.ishu.p1303 ah in the end i didn't go to unisa, i'm just doing animation now but it's got a lot more drawing units than i thought!
Did you make city west campus tour unisa ???
This is filmed at City West. I have a Mawson Lakes review coming soon.
Is the online distance learning bachelor of psychology at UniSa good?
Don’t really know. I’m travelling around Australia at the moment so haven’t had time to investigate how unis are doing with their online programs.
Hey plz suggest me is this unisa university good for master of IT (enterprise management) plz reply
I’m not familiar with that specific degree at UniSA. However, a Master of IT is a very good degree to have in the modern day. It will serve you well.
Hey Veer, did you decide to join that course? I am thinking about it too.
I have an offer here for masters in finance great review i was torn between UniSA and Flinders
Great! And which uni did you choose?
UniSA
🙌🙌👍👍
It’s an Aussie bushman hat (Akubra). Good story - what is it exactly that you’re doing?

Fantastic!
Between Adelaide and Perth, which would have a better nightlife, food options and friendlier people?
That really depends on a lot of personal preferences. If I had to choose, I’d go to Perth - the outdoors are awesome, there are lively areas (like Northbridge and Fremantle) and great beaches.
But I love Adelaide too - there’s lots of positives to it as a city.
ADELAIDE bru 👍

That's a really positive thing to hear and definitely a great part of uni life!
I'm actually planning to start studying in UNISA next year for masters in management (Tourism and Event Management) but I'm still confused if it worth it or not or is there any better University which offers better opportunity and carrier options.
I know that degree at UniSA. It’s a good one.
Hi! I have same planning with you. I also consider in monash university (sustainable tourism management). But I dont know which one is better.
Hello Pranav, did you take this course at UniSA? I am about to apply for this same course - August session.
@@ChoosingYourUni Hi

Hi thank you for sharing this video. It's my dream to do a bachelor of physiotherapy degree in Adelaide . Could you please tell me which uni is better for physiotherapy uni sa or uni of Adelaide ?
Both unis are located close to each other and have good allied health programs. Personally I would be happy at either uni.
Can anyone tell which is best campus city west or mawson lake
That’s a good question. I haven’t been to Mawson Lake campus yet - it’s one of the only campuses in the country I haven’t been to!
Hopefully I’ll get there next year when everything is open again.
Did you figure out why they use 'barn' instead of room? 😁
Not yet 🤣
@@ChoosingYourUni maybe barn here refers to a large building where lots of computers are accessible for students though the term is most appropriately used in farm context. English is unpredictable 😂

I’m a first year at UniSA City East. I absolutely love the campus, my degree and lecturers and tutors. It is an amazing uni that I could highly recommend UniSA
That’s great! Thanks Amy. City East is pretty conveniently located. Some excellent programs taught there - what are you studying?
@@ChoosingYourUni I’m studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. It’s so good! We are learning hands on practical skills from day 1! Honestly so glad I made the choice to go to UniSA.
Nice 🙋🏻
Don't make the same mistake that has been made by many others. Recently, I received a letter from the ATO searching for those unpaid HELP fees. Apparently, too many university graduates in Australia cannot afford to pay back loans, as there are no jobs.
Sorry I'm confused - unemployment is at almost a historical low, so what do you mean there are no jobs?
@@ChoosingYourUni A/H!

Yes it is. Uni SA (University of South Australia). The Uni SA east campus is next to Adelaide Uni (University of Adelaide). I've seen students from Uni SA get lost, and find themselves walking on Adelaide Uni campus.
This is true!
UniSA also has some campuses outside the CBD of Adelaide, but they’re relatively easy to access by bus or train.
