Please adjust your volume or get closer to the mic. It doesn't matter what device I play this on I can barely hear you and the volume adjust doesn't help. I had to turn on CC.
Sorry about that, it sounds fine on both my phone and computer at medium volume. I do want to improve the sound quality though, will be getting a proper mic soon.

headphones help. I had no problem hearing her.
Sound on my phone is absolutely fine at 50% volume, and I typically need the volume set higher than others do.
