@contenter no 1 umer I had the problem but it was fixed when i arranged the ram slot correctly, it was loose. Ram was good but the ram slot where the ram was plugged in was loose.
Try to push it down or up and check if that works.

I was worrying alot as this is my company lappy which i have been using from just 2 months. This video helped me.
No need to open and clean that ram and all.
I just press that power button for 20 seconds and closed it for few seconds and i reopen my lappy and click on the power button
And it is working totally fine..

1. Remove cmos battery for 5 minutes nd connect again nd chk
2. Short circuit
3. SIO is dead
What should we do if the Sio is dead and short circuit?
@@eliotecay21281. Short circuit means one of the component is faulty most of the time its the Small caps which shorts to ground. (For non technical it means a positive side of the circuit is in touch with negative side) so board will not power on. If its far away from the charger connection it will power on and off immediately.
2. sio or super I/O has to be replaced if its dead.
