i havent watched the video fully through yet but i can already tell that this is gonna be awesome. on the steam version i have 41k, and an arcade near me has the stand up version (rip my leg) where i hit 31k. someone recently came up and set a record of 45k on that stand up version, and im gonna get that 1st place spot back eventually. it's probably gonna be a bit rough because i want to do it as joe, while the guy with 45k did it with gus
BD Joe is cool but his cab is wider than the others and have a harder time passing through traffic. the reason most pick Gus is because his cab is slimmer and heavier. Heavy cab means it doesn't bounce around as much when you hit stuff. Best of luck reaching your goals and thanks for watching my video.
i noticed it during the 2 lap section of the video but i think gus also has the "worst" acceleration, which means he has trouble stopping, but your window to repeatedly limit cut is easier. i dont think that matters much for playing on a controller but i can see it being very appealing on the cabinet, especially if it's a stand up one. also watching that 2 lap section makes me think that pathing is the way to go for me, since i used to focus on just sheer volume of customers and going fast with limiter cut, and ignoring tips. $10k with 2 laps is pretty rad
@@jacob-spring it's been almost a year but i wanna say that ive come back to this video multiple times because a visual representation like this helps a lot more. i definitely did reach my goal as mentioned before but i surpassed it more than i expected. it's really freaking amazing how much time you actually get when you do pick the right customers. i had 150 seconds left even at $30k. i.imgur.com/keMwie1.jpg honestly all this does is makes me want to reach even higher and now im aiming for the fabled $100k. i am also very proud that i stuck to my guns and used joe lol
got my second 20k on default settings within 2 attempts after watching this guide and most runs get at least very close to 20k now :p very helpful! ill probably rewatch it a couple times to get used to everything by the way, how hard is it to get 100k with easiest settings?
@@quillllly glad that the guide has been helpful. That's why I made it in the first place, to help people improve their scores. It's been a while since I played on default difficulty as score runners always play on 70 second start, Easy Time Difficulty and Medium'ish Traffic but I'd say at your current level, if you do easy time and 70s start you will roll into the 40k's easily. 100k is another story though. Haven't done it myself yet but I do know that knowing the customers alone will not get you there. You will have to work on your combos to get that extra money per customer. Thanks for really helpful tutorial video! Tennis court customers at the bus terminal are really difficult to be distinguished. I use red customer to figure out them like this picture. imgur.com/a/reNWpeO but it only works when you come from lookout-tower side and they are spawned at same time. I think yellow customer behind the stop area is a little bit far from three of tennis group to determine them.

huh? I didn't know this? Maybe there's several ways to determine the tennis court customers? Will have to check it out
oddly enough, NEITHER method works for me :( maybe its a problem with the steam port idk
