Some of the lip reading got wrong. A BTS video showed that WKX did say "Mom's shoulderblade" on the set. And it makes perfect sense because it's a reference to what WKX‘s tragic past and indicates that WKX and ZZS know each other when they were little. "认识"(recognize) was used instead of "认定"(confirm), according to another BTS video.
