I had an early morning meeting today and felt in a real time pinch to workout. Saw this video and I was out of excuses. What a great way to start the day!
J, for women over 40, what do you think is the most surprising benefit of incorporating short HIIT workouts like this one? Have you seen any unexpected changes in energy, strength, or metabolism that make a big impact?
Hi there! Incorporating short HIIT workouts can greatly benefit women over 40 by boosting metabolism and energy levels. HIIT creates a significant metabolic deficit, allowing the body to burn calories even after exercise due to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) Hope this helps! -Team JJ
These are not exercises for real middle aged biological women who gave birth and tend to have weak pelvic floor which is not the case for JJ, having a male skeleton and muscles and no child bearing hips. Amen.
Not sure why wider hips would prevent you from doing these. I am 60 and I have no problem in doing most of them and I have only started working out seriously 6 months ago.

Redirection of body fat from around the belly to be used by the body. Do it 2 to 3 x a week for 12 min.
