Thank you for the detailed playthrough, I have been struggling to play version 2. I now feel a lot confident about tackling it. It would have been nice if you could have manipulated the dice so you could have demonstrated domestication or invention, but thank you for doing what you did.
I think the explanation of the sexual habits is as follows: if you have pair bonding, the males are participating in raising the children and therefore you - as a race - has more language to work with as the dads are home - talking to the children and helping the moms so they can talk more to the children too.
Thanks for this Johannes! I prefer this competitive solo mode instead of the cooperative solo mode.It is like two different games. One notice if I may:In the first event there was no chaos damage taken therefore no wonderlust placement needed at all
+fabvier Ah, I see...I thought this counts as a tie, but it makes sense not to have any wanderlust at all...

If one green survived the battle of the gooses, he would have had the right to the hunt. But as he would only roll one die, it wouldn't have changed anything.
Thank you for this runthrough! It helps a lot to learn the rules. I have just noticed one option that I think you missed for the red player: if I have well understood, during the second hunting phase, he could have taken the card (he rolled 3 6-dices) to use it as a domestic animal later on.
+Ивайло Георгиев Yep, just received it about 10 days ago. I was waiting for months for this to continue my journey, because I wanted something about early mankind in it. So from now, I hope we can travel a little faster :) But then again it makes sense...the first two games (Erosion and American Megafauna) covered millions of years, the following only a few thousands :)
I've finally picked up this game and am heading back to your play-through. Good work once more Johannes!
+Ricky Royal Hi Rick! Hope you´re fine...This is a really great game with a lot more to it than it seems on the first glance...
Finally playing my kickstarter edition, and your playthrough is proving to be very helpful. Thank you so much!

Wow! Fantastic timing for this friend. I was just saying today, I wanted to see a solo play of this!
+Kevin Erskine Great! No real solo play though...not the official version, but I hope it´s gonna be fun anyway...
Just got the Second Edition from KS, thank god for this video! Made it much easier to get to the table and play :)
Thanks! I always enjoy your videos!
+Crankbait4444 Thank you...I really appreciate that!

+Brætspiller yep...makes sense!

+Jeitio Not sure if he had a mature elder that time...that´s his hand size limit...but in general that would have indeed been an option...
+callasmar Oh yes! You're right! I forgot that point, thanks for your correction :) By the way, I really like your runthrough!
@@Jeitio except that you have to be tribal in order to take cards into your hand; this has been confirmed by the designer on BGG.
Welcome back. Is that a new game I see my friend well It seems fun. Is it going to be as long as the others in your historical journey?
+Ивайло Георгиев Yep, just received it about 10 days ago. I was waiting for months for this to continue my journey, because I wanted something about early mankind in it. So from now, I hope we can travel a little faster :)

Oh great! Right now I'm trying to learn the rules - your videos will shurely help :).
+Wolfgang Wessel I hope they will...if you haven´t played Greenland before, it´s pretty heavy, I guess...
Does the salmon success allow Green to remove a orange disc from the daughter?
+Crankbait4444 yep, you´re correct...I corrected that even later :)
So what if nobody wants the cultural card from the first action? Can such a situation arise?
Nothing special happens...the card is simply discarded. Why would that be a problem?
Great game and great video, but you speak veeeery sloooow... I get old watching this video dude...
I know...but my english isn´t that great. So that´s the best I can give...
I get it. It's ok! Thank you man!
