I had a stir-fry for my dinner tonight. My recipe consisting of Brussel sprouts, carrots, leeks, celery, yellow bell pepper and cherry tomatoes with sweet chilli sauce which was out of a bottle and also added some ground nut (peanut) oil (optional) with minced garlic along with smoked paprika.
This is the earliest I’ve never been!! This channel is a huge reason I’ve been eating more vegan meals and feeling a LOT better. You don’t know me but I feel like we’re good friends lmao thanks Rose! 💕✨
Hey, Rose! I like your lazy recipes. For the stirfry though my go to korean sauce would be jeyuk bokkeum sauce: gochujang+soy sauce+onion+garlic mix thoroughly then turn on the stove. Simply add mulyeot last which is similar to your sauce. I’ve been adding kelp powder to everything thanks to you.
Hey, it's the first time I comment one of your videos but I saw a lot of them, your recipes are great and I like watching them even when I am actually too lazy to try them. You are very funny! A big thank you from France, I wish you all the best.
ROSE! idk if you've tried this but just made it yesterday and thought of you lol i mixed together some refried beans and salsa, heated it up a little, put salsa in a casserole dish and layered it with tortillas, the refried bean mixture and salsa, like a lasagna type situation, and put it in the oven at 400 covered with foil for 30min, then uncovered it, put some onion and vegan cheese on top and it was SO GOOD, literally 3 ingredients, totally reminded me of that couscous situation which looked awesome! thanks for the inspiration and for sharing with us Rose
I got one, basically it's coronation tofu and it's so good, the sauce is made with 3tbsp vegan mayonnaise 1tbsp mango chutney 1tsp curry powder half a lemon or lime juice sultanas (optional) pinch of turmeric (optional) and you just mix it up with half a block of firm tofu (depending on how saucy you want it)
You’ve given me so much courage to cook over the past year! I’ve started preparing a lot more meals from my head because you taught me a lot of basic flavour combos. Thanks rose 💕
The beans n toast looked really good! I saw a post where someone said to put beans on a baked potato, that sounds good too. Thanks for the cheap lazy recipes!
I love your videos! You've basically been my vegan mentor and have helped me learn now to cook all over again, I honestly make at least one of your recipes every week they're so easy and delicious! ❤️
thank you so much for these amazing lazy recipes, I recently started a couple summer classes and I've been soo busy I've literally been eating overnight oats for lunch everyday (and eating a lot of french fries) bc I'm too lazy to cook, but finally getting back in the groove of things so this gave me major motivation!
What I like about these recipes that it is approachable for the common person. I find a lot of vegan recipes that include expensive, hard to find ingredients that deter me from trying new recipes. Thank you for making it approachable. :-D
My go to lazy meal lately has been brown rice, chickpeas, bell peppers topped with fig balsamic dressing and sunflower seeds.. essentially whatever is cooked in my fridge gets mixed together..
El Pollo Loco discontinued my fav dish before I went vegan. It was a black bean bowl with chicken. Those beans were to die for. They were barbecue with a bit of spice and maybe brown sugar? You just gave me the idea to recreate using your beans on toast. Oh and I can use your tofu recipe! I can’t wait. LOVE 💕 your videos!
I love your approach to cooking, and really enjoy your recipes! I've been vegan for a little over two years. Love the music in this video! Keep the videos and the recipes coming ❣️🌽🥕🥑
im about to go grocery shoppping. this helped out a lot. thanks so much. you changed my life. been watching some scary documentaries - some of which are what you reccommended. im not ready to watch earthlings but something tells me it'd turn me vegan just from hearing the sounds of it.
This is slightly less lazy, but for the stir fry: if you fry the veggies in batches the flavor is a lot better because they can brown instead of steam. They steam when there is too much in the pan. Just a tip. Love your videos!
I used to watch a TH-cam channel called "Ommas Kitchen" all the time, and she would make asian stir-fry with vegetables and chopped hot dogs!! She said it was her daughters' favorite dish, and ever since I often make it with the vegan Lite Life vegan dogs. So yummy!!!
Omg.... *drools* tbh before I found this channel i was like eWw Brussels sprouts but you have em looking bomb af. Good enough to, dare i say, eat. Love ya Rose
Was at my dad’s house this weekend and read the ingredients on the bbq sauce in his fridge...it had honey and anchovies. You are so right that they shove animal products in EVERYTHING.
It all looks delisious as always!💕 I would love to see some refreshing and cooling recepies for the summer (maybee some icecream?). My local store doesn't have vegan icecream and I'm craving it so bad☹
i love soy sauce. its easy not to have too much too because its such a powerful flavor. 1 tbsp is 879 mg of salt but you dont need anywhere that much to taste it.
I seen that. Kansas City Style. YUM. I'm from Mo. I love KC sauce. I love bean sandwiches. Never thought of adding mushrooms. Or spinach. Yum. On top of pasta would be yummy too. May have to try that. :) Burrito looks yummy to me. I'm the same way about onions. It all looked so good of course. :)
hey Rose, love your recopies, ideal for someone like me who got no time or inclination to spend hours in kitchen. BTW your best quote would be "We humans like to exploit animals as much as we can and put animal derived ingredients to everything under the sun"- can't agree more sister! ;-)
I just made the beans for my dinner and they were AMAZING; I literally exclaimed “MM” because I just made them as a quick dinner because I was craving beans and wasn’t actually expecting them to taste that good- my boyfriend thought I was a weirdo I added garlic and some fresh chilli

Every time I'm enjoying your humor ❤😍😂😂😂😂. I really love your sauce pan (is it a sauce pan?). Like the carving is Amazing!!! I want one. Buuuut I'm in Greece. So, I need information if you remember. Nice ideas. I added you video to my vegan recipe list. Love ya
also what do you recommend i bought some store bought kimchi but it was freshly made the same day, i want it to ferment faster, lol is that possible or should i just be patient and leave it in the fridge? btw i made some kimchi fried rice with it obvi hehe love ya!
Gochujang isn't easily available for me, and when I've found it it's been a bit pricey (in Norway); would sweet chili sauce or sambal oelek or sriracha be ok alternatives?
Still looks like a very delicious burrito though:D! Here in Mexico we use the knorr powder a lot, almost for everything haha , i immediately thought of a good homemade meal!
there's no excuse for this voice over lol

Gochujang isn't easily available for me, and when I've found it it's been a bit pricey (in Norway); would sweet chili sauce or sambal oelek or sriracha be ok alternatives?
