- I got a trimmed Cadillac model as a base for spare parts, I like this model so much that despite the lack of a roof, I decided to bring it back to life. You can turn on subtitles in your language in the video. In my project it will be Pickup. I decided to add a load to this beautiful model from the 1960s - a Triumph motorcycle with a sidecar, manufactured in the same period by the Lesney company. I will devote a separate film to this motorcycle. That's why I focused mainly on building a pickup truck. I made a body of PLA plastic, which I glued to the body with polyurethane resin. To emphasize the style of this model, I used a blue pearl lacquer and a chrome finish. I also made a box based on the original Corgi boxes, but with a photo of the model made. Thank you for watching the movie, I publish videos with the repair of cars on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
At first I thought the back would be a swimming pool. With that resin water and some girls in bathing suits, playing with one of those big colored balls. Congratulations Paul, another beautiful model saved from scrap. There are people who, if they find a miniature in this state on the street, kick it... you turn it into a beautiful treasure.
You read my mind. There was supposed to be a swimming pool there. Only the girls did not arrive on time. I had to change the concept quickly. But I'll do the pool someday. Kind regards.

Very nice. You took a Cadillac Ambulance and made it into a Cadillac Funeral Flower Car. They were very popular until the early 1980’s in the US. A Flower Car that is a rare one is a Cadillac Mirage. I think they were built from 73 to 76.

Tom, Flower Cars go back to the beginning of Hearses. Some of the best can be seen in the Godfather.

The build of the boot (with the "wooden floor") the wonderful blue paint with the purple sheen, it's stunning 👍🏼.

I dud the same project on a Johan 1:25 Cadillac, turning a hearse into a pick-up truck/flower car. Much easier to do in the larger scale with a plastic body. I also considered making it into a surf-pickup, with flower decals and some surfboards. MPC used to make some SCUBA gear which would have looked interesting in the back, with maybe some hay bales for sitting on around a file.

When I saw the car at the beginning of the video, I really thought you were going to use the wheels for something else and toss the rest. The car looks great. I like how you achieved the prism effect of the paint, it actually has different colors in it under the lighting. The bed conversion with the motorcycle put this over the top!!🙂👍👏

Ну, поздравляю с ещё одной добротной конверсией! Я сам очень люблю делать пикапы и фургоны и могу оценить вашу работу! Но всё же надо было заделать проём задних дверей и поработать над задней частью кузова. Да и хрома, как для Кадди, маловато! Особенно на бортах.
