Yea it's actually great, when I was still in Nigeria I stayed at IB close to 'bout 3 months and it's my constant spot for my combo Amala with Gbegiri and Ewedu plus goat meat and a few assorted spices, Damn makes me wanna come back😪❤🇦🇪

Yes. Some, if not most Ijebu people I've met prefer eba over amala and iyan.
So, from an American African perspective I still don't know what Amala actually is....
It is essebtially cassava flour that is pounded and mixed with hot water to create a semi solid structure. A much more harder structure than mashed potatoes
