    Hello everyone Welcome to my channel - BeerBiceps!
    So in today's video I am covering a full day diet of what all do I personally intake in terms of protein in order to build a lean muscle mass. This includes a hight amount of protein diet, now when I'm say bulking that doesn't mean in getting into the shape of a bodybuilder but just bulking up for a lean muscle mass. This diet applies for both men and women. I wanted to show you all on how to look at your food especially when it comes to people who go through some sort of fitness regime as counting protein is one of the most important thing that you gotta do. I’m currently bulking, so my calories are super high. I’m gonna show you guys how I consume close to 250g of protein in a healthy but more importantly, enjoyable way!     Water as 1st thing in morning
    Meal 1 : Upma (Protein 25 g)
    Meal 2 : 4 egg cheese omelette ( Protein 30g)
    Meal 3 : Brown rice and chicken 150g (protein 40-50g)
    Meal 4 : 8 egg whites made into drink with a chilly and hot water(protein 25g)
    Meal 5 Pre workout : banana
    Meal 6 Post workout : Protein shake with glucose(Protein 25g)
    Meal 7 : Fruits and veggies(2 bananas, 2 pine apple slices,lettuce, 1 beetroot, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber). Protein 5-10g
    Meal 8 : Paneer burji and rotis (Protein 30-40 g)
    Meal 9 : curd mixed with protein shake( Protein 40g)
    Total protein per day 220-245 gms

      +Suvadeep Banik hahah.. -:) bhai aap bhi agar intense workout karoge na and if u r going gym regularly then u can easily eat that much amount of macros.. our body requires that much amnt of calories only after a true iron exercise of 1-1.5 hrs so.. yeah ull feel hungry too bro.. and u cant eat all of it without making any faces

    Hey, just a correction, to build muscle or gain lean muscle mass, you are advised to take 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (not 1 g/Kg of body weight, that will not help in any way, just your pocket).
    Correct me if i"m wrong.

      Abe kabhi 3-4 din kha ke dekhiyo 1g/lb of body weight ka protein. Tatti ka spray chorega. You really don't need that amount of protein. Plus I think he said that 1g/kg arbitrary value being the minimum, and research has shown that there is no minimum amount of protein you need everyday. People survive on just rice/wheat/bread in many places of the world. gareeb koh kahaan milta hai protein shake.

    two points..if you are intermittent fasting you can def workout fasted and eat fruits before the workout not after...fructose is directly usable but after the workout it gets stored as fat

    Hey! Recently subscribed to your channel and I have been noticing that your suggestions are full of "broscience" or even worse, just "bro-talk". I request you to do your research before posting stuff about fitness and bodybuilding. Fitness is a long term thing and people on this channel won't notice the harm done to their bodies until about two or three years in the future.
    One of your comments, "Only time you should have fruit: Post workout".
    This is a huge contradiction set for disaster. The only time you can have fruits, are either in the morning or PRE WORKOUT!! Long story short, fruits contain fructose and they help replenish liver glycogen and that alone. Muscle glycogen is what you need to build muscle, and can be acquired from starches and other carbs. Fruits are an absolute essential for all the juicy vitamins they have, but if you consume too much fruit/fructose, the liver glycogen will be full and the fructose will be stored as body fat. Hence when you consume fruits before a workout, the body will try to hit the liver glycogen, since its the easiest means of readily available energy. This will help you keep a low liver glycogen level after a workout, and hence a lower body fat content.
    Please use Google Scholar to research scientific articles, Indian or foreign, to get a better understanding of how the body works and to debunk all the broscience myths. If you do not have the time, I would recommend you to follow youtubers like Jeff Nippard and Thomas DeLauer for inspiration. Good luck in the future!

      Parth G Milk has a lot of calories... Moreover as we grow we become lactose intolerant. Hence water is good. And water is definitely absorbed faster than milk.

    Dude I ain't a physician but an avid reader or observer you can say and I must point out that you are doing wrong stuff here... There are certain rules... First ...fruits should be consumed before evening... Second... Before bed your dinner should be as light as possible... Like curd and khichdi...instead you are putting paneer which is relatively hard to digest... Since you are young it's not showing adverse signs on your health but do cross verify...       Cleona Godinho sorry to interrupt aunty, but it doesn't matter how much you eat at night, what matters is what you eat and when you sleep at night your tummy is going to be empty for 7-8 hours and what he eats at night contains slow absorbing protien casein which is going to release slowly in his body when he is in a good sleep.

    When u say 200gms 0r 100gms of upma, Does that mean 100gms of rava/sooji is needed before cooking or the product that is final upma should weigh 100gms?? Same goes with rice 100gms of rice we need to cook or after rice is prepared we need 100gms of cooked rice? Which amount is to be eaten. Plz do answer.

      Mushtaq Mahboob bro im a student and i eat about 6-7 meals a day. My muscle mass has gained incredibly but for that, i had to sacrifice my PS4 time. Try working out in the morning.i worked out at like 6 am and 9pm.

    Can you share your gym routine for the week ?
    I do cardio for 20 mins and pretty much use all the equipment in the gym as my work out.
    I do the same exercises everyday, which I know is wrong.
    I have lost weight because of this but haven't gained much muscle mass.
    It would be great if you could tell us how to make a gym routine.

      +Saicharan Mujumdar I'm soon going to be making a detailed series on gym splits for beginners and intermediates! keep following brother! Don't do that much cardio! You'll lose a lot of muscle. 20 mins twice or thrice a week is more than enough. Be it fat loss or muscle gain, focus on weight training :)

    Upma has only 7 grams of protein per 100 grams not 12!...so for 200grams of upma, you only get 15ish and not 25ish grams of protein.

    Ranveer bhaii.......Just correct me if I'm wrong.....im 6 feet and weighing more than a century. I'm on cutting phase right now by powerlifting (moderate reps) and cardio. Coming to the calorie intake I need to maintain it lower than BMR / maintenance calories to lose weight and to build lean muscle mass correct ? Basically I need to lift heavy and maintain calorie deficit for fat loss + lean muscular build (by myofibrillar hyp) Am I correct ? Awaiting your answer @Ranveer Bhaii

    Well the point you said, the best time to eat fruits is after workout is not correct.On the contrary the best time to have fruit is before workout.It has more of fructose and will be used up by the body during workout.Unlike glucose it get stored in the form of fat near the liver.So if we eat fruits before workout that fructose can be used up during workout(weight training).Glucose is stored in muscles and can be used up.But fructose cannot be used so easily.Well if your counting your calories and macros on apps like myfitnesspal then hardly it will matter but if not then good time to eat fruits is before workout.
