ive always liked post furry things more then plain furry; before i got into it more i would ask my nonfurry friends "is it a furry if it has a goat skull head?", "is it a furry if its a bug? or is it more like an alien" He called the skull heads "Goreys". Going into it i never liked the standard anthro wolves. Now that im more into it i have a more standard furry a hybrid goat/toothed deer who i draw more abstractly a lot (vaporwave/cyberpunk most the time). And a dog whos horribly 90s. Along with some skull characters. My bug has become moreso my main tho. (whos an atlas beetle)
I'm making a species for me and my friend that has a usb coming from their mouth and can teleport short-range. Currently it looks mostly wolfish, it has feathered wings, a fluffy bigcat like tail and feathers on their faces. Anyone have some ideas how to make it less like hybrid and more like an original species? It's called a Synwurff, but that might change.
I don't see the usb as useless, I see it as a means of transferring power instead of data. Also, computer security isn't of much use because it can be easily overridden, like a professional hacker attempting to crack into a random computer. Also, for reverse-end security (being hacked while hacking) it's not a big issue due to the fact that the reverse-end "computer" is sentient.
Good job. now if my brain could just get the idea and the breakdown to add up i'd be doing better. but as a write some of the best stories come from these steps. 1. take ideas. 2. throw ideas at wall. 3. see what sticks. 4. make it happen. and sponge could be better if the story wasn't so weak. and no i'm not a fan.
SpongeBob takes place in the present. It sounds like you haven't watched the show much. I'm 20 and I grew up watching it, but I still watch it today. I love it. There are no gays in it, and all of the characters have genders (one of the only two genders). It's clearly stated in several episodes that spongebob is male. You did no research whatsoever

A long time ago i tryed to make a furry race made from scraped cars that were inhabitet by Aliens. Didnt work out that well
