The OEM head unit is the real culprit of this system. I replaced it with the Aucar head unit and it completely transformed the Bose system. Way more bass, mids, highs, everything! The stock NIT makes little to no use of the factory amp. Replacing the head unit was key.

Thanks, that’s great info. I wanted to keep it relatively stock as far as the head unit was concerned but I am tempted by the Tesla style screens that others have done. Maybe a mod and a video for a later date.

I'm all stock except for the Aucar head unit and digital touch display climate control. Those 2 just had to go...LOL!@@WatchCorp

Tima...Any dash error messgaes? Steering controls work? Debating making the switch...

@@ederov91 Yes, everything same as stock, no dash message and steering controls work. Tidal, Spotify, TH-cam Music and Qobuz at my fingertips... 👍
