I wanna see a longer game where you go until someone runs out and they get to sell things off like in normal monopoly. It will both last ages and be a battle for the ages.
I think if you wanted to go all the way, you could also make the board bigger and make it connect 5 instead of 4 to compensate the larger board size. Then maybe include markers so that you can keep track of who owns which space because of it. Really like this concept
It initially sounds like that would make it harder to win since it's easier to block 5 in a row than 4, but then it seems like it means you have to rely on the monopoly aspect more to disincentivize your opponent from going just anywhere by making them pay. Then there might be a win condition for bankrupting your opponent.
Maybe Red and black rings/ bands you could snap or just slip onto the space (similar to how you edited circles) would help keep track of who owns what. And if players want more of a challenging or chaotic game, they can forgo using the rings
Interesting concept, however I find myself wanting more monopoly soul into this. Instead of the 3 round system you could make it so, like in the original game, you lose when you go bankrupt. To speed up things up you could implement the buy or bid mechanic. I imagine this as American Dream Monopoly, where meritocracy is uphold by how well you do in your pice placement and buying strategy. Now the game naturally devolves in 2 faces: - try to buy as much and on the better positions - make plays to win or to force payouts from your opponent I like this as waiting for someone to go bankrupt surly would take more time that to complete 3 rounds and monopoly is supposed to last forever. (This was posted without much thinking and fault on this approach migh be essealy discovered with more reflection, hope it inspires though to bring more of the suffering that monopoly is know for, maybe even using chess instead of connect four) Nice vid, keep up the good work.
It's really funny how you can be bad at one of the two games but great at the other one and it leads to perfect balance. Thanos would be proud, all that's left is to cut the vertical board in half.
First person to beat me in Connect Monopoly gets 10,000 Dollars!
Pay up, bum
can I just steal the money that will incorporate the go to jail space in real life.
is this you or grunt ?
In real money or monopoly money?
I feel like I’ll probably get closer to that much just while playing honestly, plenty of money happening
Now combine Twister and Pictionary
Man reinvents interpretive dance
Charades+
that's just charades
is it me when “your mom”?
I appreciate how you utilized every square inch of real estate in that room for this video.
@@hypermoth how hyper could a moth possibly be

In the name of the railroad, much like the town in Pennsylvania for which it was named, "Reading" is pronounced like "redding".

By joe, you've become so obsession with making a tv card game into a tabletop game you've begun splicing games within games! The insanity!

Oh yeahhh, you're the Card Wars guy. I was wondering where I remembered you from.
I watched this whole video and only realized you were "the card wars guy" when you said it lmao
I never knew I wanted this but now I need it
holy shit this is unhinged compared to the whole Card Wars series...
Just make an mmo rpg that connects bosses with different tabletop games.
if big Hasbro gets you you'll be missed (a fun, casual video, great job!!!!!)
Hey look it's the connectopoly guy
Hasbro wants this man dead because he will outsell theme in Monopoly AND connect four in sales
The Mad Lad made it. He made the Ultimate Connect Four
I hope you haven't forgotten about the community adding cooking to the game. Card wars needs its dedicated support archetype
Interesting concept, however I find myself wanting more monopoly soul into this.

Big holes secretly are digged where earth's pores would suffice. And worms have learnt to walk which ought to crawl.
it reminds me of a really dumbed down verison of stocks like your pieces are your inquiries and at the end of a "run" of 4 you decide which to buy
Connectopoly
This was a really cool video. Good job.
Omg connect monopoly guy is back!
Cable is thsi what you have been doing instead of grandma hell video ?
Close enough, welcome back Oliver Lugg!
