Just add advantage points for every unit that got on the enemy line with no units. Every advantage point can be use to bust one attack in next battle (Advantage points can be use only once, but u can use how many you can in single turn)

I remember making paper cutouts of this game when I was 7 with my friends, though it was kinda limited due to various factors, we spent entire after-lunch recesses playing it.

I need to rewatch this when i have more sleep. I literally closed my eyes. Saw the cut screen in the episode. And then the end of the video was there.

I wanted to submit an alternative mechanic for destroying settlements. I recently played the alpha of a game called Mechabellum. In this game your objective is to destroy the enemy's stronghold, but, you are encouraged to flank the opponent's main forces to destroy two control towers, which, when destroyed would stun the owner's units for a pretty long time. This could obviously be implemented here by allowing the destroyer to exhaust X creatures after destroying a settlement. However, implementing it in this way makes losing a settlement more impactful to quality over quantity deck builders than zerg players. So, I think that you should be able to exhaust up to X amount of a certain trait. For example, "exhaust up to 6 health worth of creatures", or power. I don't know which would be better, and honestly it kind of sounds fun for the player to get to decide. If I'm attacking someone with glass cannon cards I can choose to exhaust by health instead of power to punish them for having lower defense, or the other way around. OR that could be completely broken, I don't know, I just learned about card wars like three days ago, so my understanding of it is vastly limited.

If this turns out how you want it to. BIG thanks, I’ve been wanting to see more of this as a kid, and especially as a real game. Literally a dream come true!

If crystals "shatter" on damage, maybe call it something along the lines of "resonate" instead, as it the creature rings out when hit and triggers the other crystal ablilities?

I like the video game idea... but it's an emergeant gameplay based game. Keep it pseudo-physical so two peopel can agure what the Hell weird cards do together.

I think the numbers besides the text is the action cost and every player is given a specific amount each turn that's also why jake turn ended so quickly in first round because he activated a 10 cost card and in his second round he does a bunch of things
