Oh man, you should play the old flash game 'Ginormo Sword.' You gradually upgrade your sword to ve bigger and longer until it literally takes up the whole screen. You can still find it online

If each die has double the base multiplier, then upgrades for each subsequent dice are twice as effective per upgrade, which I think means that optimal return on investment comes from upgrading each dice until its upgrade is 1/2 the cost of the next best one, or until it’s upgrade is 2x the cost of the next worst dice.
So with the fourth die, the one that started on 8, if you upgraded it until it cost 20k to upgrade, then you’d want to make sure you’d upgraded the third die until it’s upgrades were costing 10k, and when you had the fifth die, the base 16, you’d have wanted to focus on upgrading that until it’s upgrades cost 40k each.

Just for clarity, each additional die alters the odds of all landing on the same number by x6. Example; 2 being the same is 1/36. 3 being the same is 1/216. 4 being the same is 1/1296, and so on.
Those are the odds of a specific set (e.g. all 3s); any set is less, since the first di doesn't matter. So, any pair is 1:6, and any set of 3 is 1:36.
I did the math for when he said he would try to roll a 100 of a kind. If he has 100 dice it would be 1 in 6.5331862e+77, or in standard form, 653318620000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. It's astronomical, though, the game does not do it in that process. Therefore, it's technically impossible, but still pretty cool. Anyhow, now that I've proved I'm a nerd, I'll leave.

I started playing this yesterday after i started watching this. When i got up to 5 dice i got a long streak combo of over 30 (including all pairs, straights, and full houses). 30 is when i stopped counting but it kept going for a little bit
This game is mega fun. I recommend the Q when you pick cards for ascension they helped me fly thru. Plus getting 2x ascension cards are great too it gives you more card pulls in the long run.
If you get a choice between the two, FOCUS ON 2s as the progression will really speed it up.
For anyone who wants to play the game themselves the 2 cards are huge they make it so you gain 2 card points per acenstiond of a dice and you can get 4 of them do a 16 times boost.

2 cards, makes ascends 2 times more and can make you get cards faster
The dice is 2x the multiplier of the die on its left.
Therefore if the left side upgrade is less than half the cost of the upgrade on the right, then your being inefficient in your upgrades.
So it should look like
*upgrade cost* - >2x *upgrade cost* ->4x *upgrade cost* or 2x the previous number... Etc

as somebody who is playing this game also alot and you want to go further. the "2" is a great card. and was the one i gilded the first. after 2s i did the kings....maybe its the wrong oder but i am happy with that outcome.
This was a fun game to play once, found its best to, when you get all cards, to get all the 2s first as they help you get more cards faster and faster

Yeah, you can get the full deck real fast stacking early 2's. its the fastest way to get gold decks
DAY 2 of asking DF to play bee swarm simulator. It starts off slow but once you get into it, it will fill your dopamine-addicted brain to the brim.

9:23 well, it's actually 1 in 1296 because you can have one with ones, twos,... so you have 6 viaritions of it so its 6x more likely..
Another way to do it is to think about each die roll as a separate roll. When you roll the first die it doesn't matter what you get, but on the second die you need to get the same as the first one, so it's a 1/6, repeat this 3 more times for the remaining dice and you get (1/6)^4 = 1/1296.

So, I played what I assume to be the pc version of this game, and I am flabbergasted that DF dodged ascending the entire video. If this is anything like the pc version than ascending unlocks most of the gameplay.
He ascending once, but used BP to not reset

Me too, kings are the best cards to get for a full deck run, and 2s are absolutely essential to get gud
Getting all 4 kings is easy try to get them for the 1000x multiplier
