Paul, thoughts on drinking some collagen, waiting 45min, and then doing this as it's own little workout? Also, do collagen session have to be limited to 10 min( +/-)?
@PJFPerformance Do you have advice or video for acl sprain, with acl thickening, mucoid degeneration? Ive been doing physical therapy rehab for some months now, but haven't tried any plyomectrics, jumpjng, or jogging yet. Just the therapy exercises, with stationary bike and added some loading.

What REALLY blunts the pain (any joint pain) is a icebath / cold exposure before the workouts! It's like a painkiller.
