A very similar routine has helped me get rid of knee pain when I first started exercising! Now I can run 5k without issues 🥰 Be patient with your body and keep putting in the work! But always stop and reconsider if you‘re in pain!

I swear Andrew makes my anxiety non-existent. The level of calm he brings to me both aesthetically and audibly is comparable only to deep breathing, meditation and dancing. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
A hamstring stretch (muscles on the back of your thigh) is not the goal of that particular exercise, its purpose is to activate and strengthen your quads (muscles on the front of your thigh). When you extend your leg you want to give your quads a good squeeze at the top to make sure you’re engaging them. Of course, it’s always a good idea to keep your back straight and core engaged while exercising to protect your lower back 😊
I actually want u to make a video on duck feet or overpronation of feet because i cant find any exercise for fixing it but i know there has ro be one My knees also create clicking noises when i squat or bend my knees idk if both of these problems are related
good simple exercises to do before you even get up the paper towel part I never would have thought of I was a health spa instructor on and off for 20 years but now I got issues or Alzheimer'sand how to start your day I'm 65 white girl lol and disabled and I really think these are going to help me and part of the reason is I think you are a very handsome man with a very beautiful voice 💖 hehehe😂
My PT gave me similar tips for my knee not "tracking" right. Lots of stretches on a foam roller to relax the muscles pulling on the knee too (I climb ladders a lot so overcompensating muscles can pull your knee wrongly)
