Reality of Central Vista Project? New Indian Parliament. History and Project Explained

Central Vista is the place where most important buildings stand. Completed in the year 1931 during British Colonial Rule it houses Rashtrapati Bhawan, Prime Ministers Office, The Parliament and other highly important secretariate buildings.
The Redevelopment project of this area is set to improve commute, green coverage and availability of enough space for MPs and will make the area more attractive. However it will cost a whooping 20,000 Crore Rupees making it one of the most costlier redevelopment projects in India and was criticized for wasting taxpayer money that too in COVID times.
