- Lip Scrub. Responding to your comments are lips scrubs good for chapped lips, how often should you exfoliate lips and more.

The view is beautiful there, it's really calming. Does your skin actually get worse when you are stressed. I'm doing my GCSE's currently and I'm very stressed and my skin seems to have gotten worse. Normally my skin is great which is suprising but I guess it's luck, genes and a good routine. I've already ruled out change in diet, change in skincare, change in weather and I'm quite a bacteria freak so it's not like the objects around me are making my skin worse. The only thing left is stress, I just wondered does it really make your skin worse and will it improve after the exams. Also do you have any advice on how to control stress?
