Great video! :) I also would like to mention that developing a sleeping pattern (you go to sleep and wake up every day at the same time) and avoiding bad habits like drinking alcohol can improve your energy level.

I loved the magical pill=exercise metaphor. Well you're right no matter what we do it always goes back to the main thing - exercise. But my problem with exercise is how can I maintain it once I start? How to have that motivation to make it last and make it part of my life? I've done exercise on-and-off but I wish I could make it a natural part of my life. :(

I think over time you need coffee just to maintain normal energy levels if you drink it every day. Your body has no natural energy because it relies on caffeine so caffeine just makes you not tired. Or at least thats the point im at.

i have super healthy diet, not working much , sleep 9pm-6am, i go to gym daily. in the morning i have energy till 13;00 where i crash like i have worked for 14 hrs
thx for a good video, I am gonna start by getting rid of coffee and exorice then the tricky part of diet also herd that you should not overload your brain by watching your phone to much.
Pretty much if we all maintained a consistent quality restful sleep on a daily basis(separately), eat healthier, exercise, intake enough sunlight (separate) and just lived in an entirely different country than the poised one of the states… We’d all be much more healthier + productive kinds of people :’) Very true!! 😂😅 I only take 2-3 weeks vacay-like breaks at a time per every couple of years to do this all productively. It definitely helps with energy levels. Unfortunately the states will have us quite fatigued :) we can only relieve some of these symptoms but altogether, it’s just a normality (saying so while at peace at the moment but realistically’).
This is perfect for me I've been feeling really tired lately and I've been practicing basketball and volleyball and i barely start and feel like I will faint (sorry if my English is not good)

My husband has the same issue. He’s found that his bladder usually adapts after a week of drinking more water, so you might try easing into it
