What's the spline socket size can it be gotten from anyplace ?
You'll need to order the specific size for your machine from a powersports dealer or eBay etc.
Can i use the shaft the directly turn over the engine?
Couper Carpenter yes you should be able to, if it's a 4 stroke make sure you turn it in the correct direction.
Maine Boat Guy its cams are out and the spark plugs are out so it should be fine
