      🐟 30. FOOD & DIET:
There are THREE kinds of foods according to the three "modes" explicated in Chapter 18 of this “A Final Instruction Sheet for Humanity”.
Foods in the mode of purity promote good physical and mental health. The adage "healthy body, healthy mind" is pertinent to this mode.
Such foods include, in approximate order of their importance: fruits (especially if they are tree-ripened), vegetables, nuts, legumes/pulses, grains, roots, flowers, tubers, bulbs, and of course, purified water (or milk, in the case of infants), supplemented with seeds and herbs.
To be included in this classification, the food must be LIVING, that is, fresh and raw (or at most, steamed or lightly sautéed, if one is residing in a cold clime). Most animals subsist on living foodstuffs, so to be considered healthy, the food must be both living and natural.
As with all herbivorous mammals, humans who consume a pure diet normally experience a bowel movement after each substantial meal.
Foods in the mode of passion promote indigestion (or, at least, are more difficult to digest than pure foods) and overly-excite the mind.
Such foods are basically the same as above, but with excessive amounts of oil, spices, sweeteners, salt and/or other condiments added.
To be included in this category, the VEGETARIAN* foods may be properly cooked, but not overcooked, and mildly to moderately seasoned.
Those who consume foods predominately in the mode of passion normally defecate after breaking their fast (i.e. the first meal of the day).
Foods in the mode of darkness cannot rightly be called “food” at all, and invariably cause digestive upsets, such as constipation or diarrhoea.
Such “offal” is either dry, stale, putrid, rancid, decayed, carcinogenic, overcooked (or even worse, burnt), processed beyond recognition, or the remnants of another’s meal (that is, food that has been leftover by a person who is lower in the hierarchy of society than the person who intends to consume it. For example, it would be offensive for a beggar to offer the remains of his meal to his king, yet the converse would be a rather gracious act of kindness). Again, to be included in this classification, the food is to be of wholly PLANT or fungal origin.
Ideally, the bulk (if not ALL) of one's diet should comprise of minimally-processed raw foods, such as tropical fruits or vegetable salads, the latter of which often consists of fruits anyway, since such foods as tomatoes, cucumbers and olives are, in fact, fruits, since they are seed-bearing foods. If one consumes a very high proportion of raw fruits, it is rarely, if ever, necessary to fast. Fasting is beneficial for those who partake in a diet high in processed and cooked dishes. Fruit-juice fasting is possibly the best method of fasting, especially for those living an active lifestyle. Unless one is particularly active, eating more than two meals per day is unnecessary. Ideally, cooked and highly-processed foods should be reserved for the final meal of the day, since the process of digestion itself consumes more energy than any other activity.
It is an undeniable scientific fact that humans are a HERBIVOROUS species (more specifically, a predominantly frugivorous, or fruit-eating animal). There is not a single aspect of human psychology or physiology that even suggests that we were designed or evolved to feed on our fellow animals. The primary visual cortex of the brains of hominids has precisely evolved to recognise the colourful fruits that grew in the tropics of the African continent. Only a veritable troglodyte could possibly take delight in the sight and stench of bloody animal carcasses!
Practically all cat owners know to feed their pets with animal flesh, as they understand that felines are obligate carnivores, yet they have not the slightest clue that humans are herbivores biologically, and that the consumption of animal products is gradually destroying their health.
Animal consumption is lawful only if there is a scarcity of ACTUAL food. However, to be fair, some races have adapted reasonably well to an omnivorous diet due to residing in regions of the earth where edible vegetation has been scarce, for millennia before the twentieth century. But even then, those races have been found to improve their health when their diet had been enriched with vegetation. Humans originated in the wetlands of tropical Africa and our source of food is necessarily to be found in such a climate. We humans must surely be the only species of animal life that migrates away from its food source! Who among you would not prefer tropical fruits over the “food” found in the Arctic Circle?
Unnecessarily killing and/or consuming animals is an ABOMINABLE action. It is not natural for humans to hunt animals like sheep, cows, goats, rabbits, chicken, and fish, and gorge on their bloody carcasses. Sheep, rabbits, and cows are food for carnivorous animals such as lions, tigers and wolves, and fish is food for marine and semi-aquatic species. Do humans live in the ocean? Of course not! Then why is it necessary for us to go into the water to find our food? Is that sensible? Not at all, unless, as previously mentioned, one is afflicted with true hunger (and even in the event that one is literally dying of starvation, one ought to, from a moral perspective, as far as practical, eat those animals that are lower in the hierarchy of sentience, such as seafood. Slaughtering a primate is immeasurably more sinful than feeding on crustacean, for instance).
Milk is intended solely for consumption by infants of the SAME species. Cow’s milk is for baby cows, not adult humans. The logic is overwhelming, but unfortunately, not all persons are capable of reaching such a base level of logic to understand that it is unnatural for a human to suckle on the teats of a cow or goat. Furthermore, like all unnatural substances, dairy products are harmful to human physiology.
Ideally, one should sit in a comfortable position and eat one’s meal with a RELAXED mental disposition. Consuming food in an anxious state of mind may cause digestive upsets. If practical, eating with bare (washed) hands is more conducive to the enjoyment of one’s meal.
“And God said, ‘Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit.
You shall have them for food.’”
      Genesis 1:29.
The Old Testament portion of the “Holy Bible”.
      “Let food be thy medicine,
and let medicine be thy food.”
      Hippocrates,
      Father of modern medicine.
*The term “Vegetarian” is used LITERALLY here, that is, “one who subsists on vegetation”. One who consumes vegetation and dairy and/or eggs is properly called a “lacto-vegetarian” or a “lacto-ovo vegetarian”, respectively. The term “vegan” is not directly related to diet, but to the philosophy of the avoidance of harming animal life unnecessarily. Animal killing is permissible only in the case of true hunger, self-defence, or in order to eradicate vermin from one's dwelling and work places. Obviously, veganism is to be promoted as the ideal way of life for all humans.
N.B. If you are reading this Holy Scripture, it is highly probable that you are familiar with the concept of the “Three Modes of Nature” (“trī-guṇa”, in Sanskrit). If not, it may be prudent to read or re-read Chapter 18 of “FISH” at this point. In any case, those who are, in fact, familiar with the three modes of nature have an extremely flawed understanding of how they apply to food and diet, particularly if they have studied the ancient Indian texts known collectively as “Ayur Veda” (“The Science of Life/Longevity”). Those persons invariably believe that animal products are categorized in the mode of darkness. However, that assumes that animals are actually human food, which they most assuredly are not.
The system outlined above is by far the most accurate, logical, and authoritative method of classifying food, and ought to be followed by anyone who is truly desirous of living a wholesome life. Unfortunately, even most vegans seem to lean towards less-than-healthy foods.

What Bible is Dr Mills reading from .
“It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.” “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.” The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.”

In regards to the loaves and the fishes, in the hot Palestinian sun, the fish would not have been fit to multiply. So the condiment for the bread was “fish weed” in the Aramaic text. Yes, the Greek Orthodox man has a good point of the meat eating culture could not bring themselves to transmitting something which condemned their every mouthful.
In regards to the difference between the letter of James vs. St. Paul, James says that the little bit in the horses’mouths, controls them. James was not talking about horses but about us and what we put in our mouths controlling us. I think James nailed it, who heard though at the time, did not accept what his brother Jesus was saying, and James would have heard the same message which John the Baptist taught which was “repent”. Christians get so into “Grace” that they forget that Grace was to lead to repentance yet is that what we see? It is and has become the license to NOT REPENT.
James says the man who does with his actions the good which is in his heart is showing his faith and likewise when applied to food, the food which God has us to actually eat, and to find the “Grace” to ignore what God clearly taught, then they whine about how ill they are, should teach us something. Yes, James was right, that the little bit in the mouth of the horse controls the animal’s mind. Jesus came to set us free and yes we can get free, but some of us just love those chains, don’t we?
We must decide to do what we know to do as the “doers of the Word are blessed”. Do the ones who do not do, are they going to be blessed when they have ignored what they should eat, with abundant health? NO, it does not work that way. We cannot think the light switch on, we have to flip the switch manually or use the remote. We do have to do, but we are lazy and that disobedience amounts to worshipping is indeed a sin which God condemned already. God is perfect so He isn’t going to declare the meat diet as “healthy”, as it isn’t.

    Wonderful delivery. Thank you!
I just want to comment on a couple of things:
Most junk food is vegan, so it shouldn't stop at just being vegan. The more natural and simple you eat, the more you become receptive to God's vibration.
When I was doing a deep dive into studying the Bible some years ago, I came across 3 independent sources that claimed the word "fishes" was incorrectly translated, and that it was really referring to an oval flat bread. That could be why they say, "loaves and fishes," instead of "bread and fish;" specifying the different kinds of bread bc all they had was bread.
Jesus grew angry at the moneychangers and those selling animals for sacrifice, crying, " I desire mercy, not sacrifice." Animal sacrifice was a pagan practice.
Jesus tells his disciples to accept whatever (food) offering they are given as they travel, spreading His teachings. He eases their concerns saying that what comes out of their mouths is more important than what goes in. But why are they concerned they may be offered meat in the first place? Bc they know it is forbidden food. Jesus means that they should be gracious with respect to the intention of the ignorant, but well-meaning people, who host them on their journeys.
Just wanted to cover those points since these are often used to hold up the Bible to argue for eating meat.
Thank you again. I will be sharing this far and wide. 😁

Thank you for sharing. What I learned was that holy bread back then was baked in molds in the
shape of fish. The "broiled fish" that Yeshua ate mentioned in the Bible must refer to the toasted bread from loaves
shaped like fish. So much in the bible is a result of mistranslations, and, Emperor Constanine's scribes changing
things to reflect a moloch agendas of animal eating and blood sacrifices of human children and animals.

Because the Bible lets us know after Jesus gave us life as the ultimate sacrifice all things are clean ! We can eat whatever we want ! Are all things beneficial for health ? No
So we create our own balance according to common sense and good health
Too much meat isn’t ideal for heath
Be balanced and enjoy all that God gave us according too our taste and our health

OK, so as a result of watching this, you don't feel it necessary to give meat up for pleasure and/or taste, despite what Dr Mills has pointed out, despite the animal cruelty, despite the environmental consequences? If that's the case, may I respectfully suggest you read the book titled, "The World Peace Diet", by Will Tuttle PhD. It's not a religious book, but it discusses the origins of eating meat and the social ramifications in terms of poverty, slavery, war, racism and hatred towards the femine and the lack of spirituality in those that do. Not religious but spirituality. I think you will enjoy the book even as an atheist.

I respect very much the lecturer and vegan ideas. I agree with his opinion. But I have a doubt why the lecturer has extra weight. Vegans usually do not have extra weight. Oh trust me the message is definitely right, but is not true about vegans not having extra weight. They are tons of overweight vegans and I was one of them. Just because someone says they are vegan doesn’t mean that they eat healthy. There’s a lot of vegans that still eat unhealthy or eat a lot of healthy fats. If you go to any supermarket you’re going to see a lot processed unhealthy vegan foods.. just because a label says plant based or vegan doesn’t necessarily mean that item is healthy. If you don’t watch what you eat you can easily eat unhealthy and gain weight as a vegan just like any other person who eats unhealthy and eats meat. If you eat all kinds of vegan processed foods, like vegan junk foods, vegan fried foods, vegan fake meats, vegan cheeses that contain oils, vegan processed flours, like breads, frozen waffles and pancakes that are made with oils and unhealthy ingredients, if you cook with oils which all oils are processed and unhealthy, if you drink alcohol, consume refined sugars and so much more you are definitely going to be overweight like I was on my first year of being vegan but unaware of all the unhealthy vegan foods I was consuming.. I was overweight and unhealthy.. until I completely changed the way I was eating. I then adapted a low fat Whole Foods plant based diet which is totally different than the unhealthy vegan diet I was eating. After I stopped eating all the unhealthy vegan foods I then started losing weight and getting healthy. I lost 70 pounds and feel better than in my 20s and got my health back and got off a bunch of medications I was taking for different types of conditions. I also limit the intake I consume on healthy fats.. which if you don’t eat in moderation can also keep you overweight if you’re a person who can easily gain weight. Healthy fats like avocados, nuts and seeds.. if you don’t limit those foods they can also keep you from losing weight. Many people don’t understand the difference and are not aware of this. Hopefully this information can give people more clarity. I highly recommend watching Dr. McDougall and Dr. Neal Barnard.. they explain everything in details and also always have great information to share. They are often featured in the physicians committee on TH-cam and many other great plant based doctors are also there to share so much helpful information :)

There are two traditions within Christianity: Pro-Meat and Pro-Veg.
The carnistic premise or bias of Western church tradition about eating meat is really based on European dietary customs, but they have made use of a couple of verses from the orthodox New Testament in order to reinforce their already established preference for eating meat. Scriptures that are associated with Paul are those that evolved into the Roman church. For the followers of Paul, dropping the vegetarian dietary requirement of the Jesus Movement was a way to make it easier to get more converts around the Roman Empire.
The original Jesus Movement or Hebrew Christians (sometimes called Aramaic Christians, Essenes, Ebionites or Nazoreans) with their gospels, the Gospels of the Hebrews and Ebionites describe a vegetarian ethos: a vegetarian Jesus and vegetarian Apostles, a John the Baptist who ate carob (locust beans) - beans not bugs! and a rejection of ritual animal sacrifice, be it in pagan temples or the Jewish temple of Jerusalem.
The original version of the “Feeding of the Multitude” story only refers to bread, not bread with fish. “Fish” apparently got added to some gospel verses later on. If you look at other accounts of the same incident, for example, at the Early Church Fathers, who also talk about these stories, Irenaeus mentions the feeding of the 5,000. Eusebius also mentions that, and Arnobius, another early church writer also discusses Jesus’ feeding of the multitude, the miraculous feeding of the multitude. Iraneus lived during the Second Century and described in detail the Miracle of the Multitude being feed with bread. No mention whatsoever of fish. Eusebius and Arnobius also never mention ‘fishes with the loaves’, only the loaves. In fact, if you even look at the New Testament, it says, at another point, when Jesus is talking about the feeding of the five thousand, he says, *‘Do you not yet perceive? Do you not remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many baskets you gathered?’* (Matthew 16:9). And he doesn’t mention the fish...
We should also keep in mind that the fish was a well known mystical symbol. The Greek word for fish (Ichthys) was used as an acronym whose initials in Greek stood for ‘Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior. In any case, “It’s not where you’ve been; it’s where you’re going,” as the saying goes. Many of us have changed our diets upon adopting a spiritual path or converting to a new religion. While several of the disciples are described as having been fisherman, and there are clearly a few references to fish in the New Testament gospels, we find Jesus saying to his new friends: “Come, follow Me and I will make you fishers of men [fishers of people, souls,].” (Matthew 4:19, Mark 1:17) So rather than remaining fisherman, perhaps operating an imagined Jesus Fish Company of Galilee - some sort of lifelong career as fisherman, in other words - RATHER THAN THAT - what we do find is those individuals adopting a new spiritual path, being transformed into disciples and eventually even becoming spiritual teachers.

The concept of the atonement is far more nuanced and profound than that. On one side God wants to forgive sin and on the other he must punish sin in order to uphold the moral government of the universe. Also the Trinity means that Three different persons form one God; Jesus is not the same person as the Father (that would be Modalism).

Also "for meat destroy not the work of God". Look, we will make excuses and justify whatever we want to do. Eating the dead is a human addiction, like drugs or alcohol. Genesis 4:4
Fatty portion: it was standard practice to offer the fat portions of animals. Others render, less satisfactorily, “the choicest of the firstlings.” The point is not that Abel gave a more valuable gift than Cain, but that God, for reasons not given in the text, accepts the offering of Abel and rejects that of Cain.
The reason IS in the text though. Abel's gift *was* *is* more valuable. Fat animals and sweet wine were held in highest regard. We thrive from animal nutrition.
A diet of all flesh(with the fat) is actually lowering in inflammation, and improving eyesight, among many many things.
Information can be dangerous if it's taken the wrong way!
All animals were in the King's name. Not because they were being protected by the King, but because if you went out and took a deer you would be killed or punished. They knew the importance of animals in the diet. What you repeat they said could easily of been a ploy, as they wanted them to think grains etc were healthy. All slaves ate this way and suffered.
If you ever had to be out on your own, not in this modern time, it would become immediately clear where all the bio available nutrition is. No group of people have ever subsisted without animals in the diet in some form. It is actually part of what makes us who we are.

So Jesus ate a fish to prove he was alive, but this is somehow not relevant? Why didn't he eat an apple or some bread instead? And the loaves and fishes were clearly just that. But what these people on the videos usually have in common, whether they're meat eaters or plant eaters, is that they are in good physical shape. But Dr Milton is clearly not. He is overweight with a big belly and doesn't look healthy. So not very convincing to eat his diet!

So then the Jews just read it wrong or what?

He's seriously overweight preaching about this healthy lifestyle. And he's an Adventist which honors a false prophet. Too bad because WFPB SOS is obviously the way to go. And the Bible does point to the One true God commonly called Jesus. The evidence that it's the most reliable book humanity has is over the top.

I have never met a perfect person, and there are some vegans and omnivores who are overweight. There are humans who have emotional issues tied to their weight, that does not mean their words are worthless. Compassion. There are multiple
contradictions in the bible, including those that promote violence, a vengeful God, eating animals, and sacrificing children to moloch/baal. Look up Emperor Constantine and how he hated vegetarians and had his scribes change and alter the bible ot reflect a Roman Pagan belief system. If you want to know more truths read the Nag Hammadhi scriptures from the dead sea scrolls. There were 777 passages, yet the modern "bible" has only 66--clearly there was a lot deliberately omitted. Yeshua is the true name of our prophet, and he was an Essene vegetarian.

Yep. An observation that you can't help but see.Your patients need to see you practice what you preach, TBH.

The message is more important than seeing the fault in the messagsenger ....the message is meant to help others

@@emuniyahyisrael1150 I understand this. Would you interpret a message the same if it came from someone that was practicing good health principles and is a physical example of the message or if it came from someone that clearly doesn’t practice what they preach? Personally I think leading by example is a more effective method of imparting a message of great importance. Consequently, if the message is so important then why isn’t the messenger a good example of the practice. It doesn’t sit right with me. I can still take the information from him that resonates with me but this was just an observation of something seemingly hypocritical. It’s like your eye being drawn to an ugly mole on a beautiful woman…

Sorry, when it takes you one and a half hours to repeat something simple from the bible, it is not worth the time.

James Jones, I was slightly intimidated by the length of the video, myself; nevertheless, feel I was richly rewarded for my attention to the doctor’s earnest effort. Nothing was unduly redundant-an idea (or two) was approached, repeatedly, yet with an additional aspect. It’s an excellent presentation, well developed for a specific audience. Hopefully you’ll share the best part that you appreciate with others who will also “feel the love.”
