Vergil's enjoying himself a little more in DMC5 and i love him for that
It's kind in of scary when he starts having fun. Lol. I've watched cut scenes and he's definitely scarier when he's enjoying himself lol

I love how in DMC5 Vergil is very openly having fun, it’s soooo nice to see him finally be himself and stop holding onto hatred for so long. My man is just out here being a serious Dante for the most part and I’m here for it lol 😂
Not holding on to hatred lol... he just has a dull but confident personality compared to dante or shall I say unmotivated... dante is more humorous but confident at the same time and more motivated if I should say lol
@@x_NB3 Vergil definitely held onto hatred for a long time. The loss of his mother, the anger at mundus. All that Vergil held onto for years.

I think the fact that he finally realized his human side wasn’t his weakness finally allowed him to embrace his place in the world.

I can't believe how many times Capcom has reused the same formula with little to no changes,
And Vergil is still a beloved DLC character.
His devil trigger was dope in DMC3. Dante's too

DMC 3 - DMC 4 SE Vergil voice is cold and dark since he search for power.
DMC 5 Vergil voice is rather calm and more enjoy than ever.
Its suprising that Mundus change him completely, because OG Vergil was simmilar to Dante in term of everything including Attitude.

That the last time he's crying and change him completely, he goes for kid who love reading book to powerlust.
He wonder so far and realize that his journey are completely wrong, ofc through V he realize it.
But it doesn't change the fact, real Vergil are just like Dante when he's alone.
Vision of V manga and Before Nightmare novel pretty much say about this.
Even Dante in DMC 3 manga(prequel) suprised that Vergil literally change and was like comepletely different person.
Thats why Dante angry toward him because he change into something that they don't like(Demon).
@@sulthanarya3281 You are right, just as the trauma of the tragedy changed Vergil, the fact that he was divided could ''heal him'' (so to speak) since by stripping her humanity she was left without that ambition for power and thanks to that was able to realize everything that was lost and did not know how to value. 😭 But anyway, with or without tragedy, Vergil is not 100% like Dante, they share similarities of course, but they are not absolutely the same

You can see the description of his Doppleganger who literally say it based on Vergil desire and his Ex provocation says it all.

It would have been interesting to see Vergil transform into Sparda. I mean, I suppose he gained that level of power in his new transformation in DMC5 to match Dante after he absorbed the Sparda himself. But still…

Vergil cant achieve a SDT since he isnt using his own ability, by that i mean
Rebellion and yamato where the ones that gave their user powers (ex. Dante going out of D.T when Urizen destroyed rebellion) meaning without their weapons they cant go D.T but still have their insane super human capabilities, a SDT can only and br only achieved once they get their own blade
Vergil's D.T wasn't his but yamato, hence nero's astral projection awakening on DMC 4
Dante's SDT is his own and true form while rebellion was just a part of sparda which is why vergil and dante's SDT kind of resembles Sparda's demon form (not even gonna say D.T cuz sparda is fully demon)

No no no, vergil unlocked SDT by valuing his human heritage, like how dante fully accepted his demonic side in order to gain power, vergil never really valued his human side which is why dante was always superior because he valued both, do not forget that a human heart is what gave sparda the power to fight mundus and his army
And with vergil valuing his human side is what unlocked his full capabilities
. But he does have Sin Devil Trigger the game literally says he has he got after his demon half ate the fruit that made Mundus the demon king and also after he accepted human half that hall he got Sin Devil Trigger in DMC5 I'm just saying
DMC5 has some solid and cool effect moves, but the rest of DMC's have really fast projetiles which looks really scary
The most creative thing about Vergil DT is that his spiky wrist is also the sheath for his Katana.
The voice of Dmc 3 Vergil is more motivated
The voice of dmc 5 has more power!
Dan Southworth had a cold while recording lines for 3 lol, that's why the voice doesn't sound the same in 5 cuz there isn't that distinctive nasal quality
It was a long time ago. Voice actors get old and tired just like anybody else.

Dmc4 > all the rest. The texture of the scales, the darkness of his voice. It's perfect

In other games, his moves such as million stab, yamato combo C, Roulette spin, are moves that look like they belong to a hot tempered personality such as Dante, Nero. And an inferior default FE combo, and lack of new moves (the constant recycling of DmC Vorgil and Dante assets sort of disappoints me) doesnt help either, but 5 adds some cool new moves, such as void slash and FE Vortex, also those extra hits in DT are good,

Disagree. They have less impact but the damage they do is the same. The worst Summoned Swords were in the reboot. You don't feel them at all.

Agree, they feel more like daggers. It's weird how in dmc 3 they were longswords, in dmc4 they were normal swords and in dmc 5 they seem more like short swords.

It extends combo which is useful but with full concentration you can use sin DT moves without going to sin DT
Yes and the only manner for heal wounds is using....World of V skill. Devil Sword Dante fuse human and demon power sacrifing the healing factor. Yamato has the opposite efect when Vergil impale himself....separate human and demon energy and grants healing factor. Vergil dont levitate like Dante in Sin Devil trigger....but have control of the space time. His final skills cannot be interrupted when is transformed.
He does have ordinary DT in artbook, but I think his SDT is proly become his ordinary DT now judging by both twins use that instead of their old DT.
