Having sudden nerve pain from colorectal radiation/chemo PAIN is no fun! The pain with chills and muscle spasms is a real trip! Low dose valium taken during the episode helps me relax and sail through. I never know when or where it will strike next. I have days of physical PAIN that I can handle on my own . Valium helps me to focus on letting the pain pass through me.

Diazepam has been a lifesaver for me. I have GAD & PTSD. My anxiety is crippling. It helps just take the edge off. It’s not for everybody. Take it as directed. Like others have said, it’s a shame most doctors don’t prescribe it. Truly a case of few bad apples ruining the stigma for everyone else.

    In an emergency when
I'm screaming from lack of breath and at the stage of calling 999
i take one 2mg and within 10mins i calm down.
Doctor is so reluctant to give them to me but they are saving my life. The most I've ever taken is 4 2mg over the period of a week so im not addicted but i need them.

10mg of Valium equals 1/2 mg of Klonopin so it's not a very strong drug in comparison.Ive been on 6mg Klonopin a day for Epilepsy/seizure disorder for 15 years and after, that's equal to 120mg of Valium or 12 blue ten milligram Valium.Klonopin is literally 20 times stronger.
