    Lovely 8 minutes that flew by. So i followed it up with your second ballet hiit and was left huffing and puffing :D. I did these in ballet flats which i have not used in 10 years.... And I recall how much more effort it takes to jump in ballet flats/ bare feet than sports shoes. Thank you for your amazing workouts and the beauty you bring with you.
