If it all goes to hell you need to turn it into a pig farm, gravel pit, and fairground. You probably have room for an airport and a drag strip too hopefully?
Ha ha ha. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. A mobile home development with additional accessory dwelling units (ADUs) is a possibility. Less setbacks.
Now, the other residents are making it clear they don't care what goes in. But it seems they just don't like you specifically and will say anything to the town to make your life miserable.. I commend you on your restraint. I would be the type to clear cut the everything except 200' back from the lake and start putting in a mobile home park. 😂😂

We will also put in a public beach to the pond as this would be good for the neighbors as well as the folks in the mobile home park. It would be open to the general public. Hate to do it but, a 100' set back takes away way to much land.

Keep going... NIMBY's are a nightmare. I could consider signing up as an annual seasonal in 2025 at a reasonable rate if it helps you. Cheers.
