Vegetables can be funny if you don't take them so seriously, and especially if you know how to cook them. So beautiful and so delicate , Artichokes are one of my favorite vegetables for the variety of the recipes you can do.

Hi Marta! Thank you so much from your comment and for subscribing. I appreciate it. I've just started my TH-cam channel one month ago and this encourages me to keep going. Not all of my recipes are GF but whenever I can I avoid using gluten or dairy. Now that you mention it, I will add in the description of my recipes if they are GF. I haven't untill now and there are a few. CAPONATA for example or creamy PESTO or the next week recipe SPANISH OMELETTE are all GF. A big hug from Cataluña-Spain.
