Hey Bawikar, great video! Got some new perspective on the Himalayan 450. One input: your speaking speed is too fast and is a bit difficult to decipher what is being said. Please go a bit slow and deliberate. I'm sure it will make the presentation very interesting. Best👍

Perhaps of interest to others trying to decide between the hima 450 and the Triumph Scrambler x400; the x400 has a very refined engine, near vibe free up to 8500 rpm, however this makes it quite bland to ride. A big issue on the x400 is the total lack of power below 3000 rpm, combined with very short gearing, making it very tricky to ride in European 30 kph traffic zones in the city. Again the seat height is too high (835mm) for shorter riders and wider than the hima so it does not give any confidence for off road use for beginners.
I can understand that he has suffered a major accident...and its appreciable that he is still trying his best...but face the truth man, he is not doing his work very well. You'd better go have waited for the next KTM 390 adventure. The Himalayan is too chubby and soft for off-road, and you can tell because you had to do a lot of modification to make it work decent in offroad.
The Himalayan throws very little heat towards your legs in city traffic. As for vibrations, both bikes have them, just at different points in the rev range. The Himalayan feels quite relaxed at 100kmph, while the 390 Adventure always wants you to go faster for the vibes to settle down
Everything is fine but company can’t deliver bikes than what is the use of this bike😅 RE doesn’t have enough production of this bike and the waiting that company claims is 2 months but in actual it is more than 5-6 months
I dont understand the vibration argument when the KTM 390 adv is horrible with vibration. So much so that accessory manufacturer "Motourenn" manufactures a bracket to reduce vibrations in ghe headlight assembly. And what does he even mean when the modes change theottle response but performance remains same. How is that even possible? This feels like a biased review tbh. And i have tidden the 390 adv extensively sonits not like a RE fanboy argument.
About the modes, from what's on the internet, all the modes available give you complete 40HP. It just alters the power delivery in the first few gears. To be fair, I'm not sure too how exactly that works. A test ride would probably solve it but tall heavy bikes are still a struggle for me so maybe a long test ride for you can help understand it better. As for the bias, I'm not surprised at all, journalism is more or less a joke at this stage
@@ScootScoot125 it's not about the power output in the absolute numbers. Let's say there is a performance mode in which 0-100 is achieved in 10 seconds for example.
