About a week ago I had the chance to film a professional motocross driver and decided to create an epic 1 minute video with 200FPS slow motion, 360 onboard perspectives and dope FPV drone shots. As my friends over at Artlist are currently running their SFX Challenge, I focused a lot on the sound design in order to show you my workflow and break down how you can improve the audio side of your own videos!

One thing I like about Niklas, he's always in happy mood smiling always, and he always explain things to us step by step so we can understand. Thanks for that man. Love from West Africa 🇸🇱

He loves what he do
That cinematic sequence in the beginning was absolutely stunning 🤩 kudos to the perfect sound design 🔥
I am thankful that only 60k have viewed this epic tutorial. Now, I will be ahead of the most of the you tubers in video editing.
this is the most detailed SFX I've watched on TH-cam. Good job maestro
This was absolutely brilliant. Your talent is OFF THE CHARTS! So glad I watched this and got a glimpse into your workflow and thought process.
You are an true inspiration sir! I learnt so much from you and that improved the production quality of my videos by many folds!

Absolutely amazing work! Thank you for your generosity on showing us how your workflow is especially with the amount of files to download, research, tweak to your liking all for your audience. Loved it!! Please make more videos on audio like what type of mics to use for what scenes and their quality. Thanks!
hey Niklas, i comment in this video but it applies to all your videos. you put so much passion, expertise, and dedication into it, it blows my brain. You're too good at every aspect of filmaking and you make it look so easy, and that's a trait of someone who knows how to do their job perfectly. Please keep entertaining us with your stories, and teaching with your tutorials, because you are a mine of inspiration. Btw, if you continue like this, you will be one of the most famous and respectable content creator in the world of this platform, so keep going. Love from Italy :)
Man, you just blew our minds 🔥 Brilliant sound design workflow with so much attention to detail. True inspiration to anyone who'll join the #ALSFXChallenge
12:10 "If you don't know Inception, go watch it right now.", I could not agree with you more Niklas! One of my favorite movies of all time! Awesome video my friend, even though I use DaVinci Resolve, a lot of the same skills and techniques carry over. Awesome video, thanks for the inspiration!
This video is gold ! I m completely beginner in the video world but I made a lot of research on TH-cam to understand and how use sound design... your video here is simply the best and always in a good mood.
Can't wait to see you again on TH-cam 💪👌
When he's laughing saying "That just sound so Epic" we are also laughing saying "That just sound so Epic" as well 👏😄 Great video man, thanks for sharing 🎥👍
Damn dude! Full blown masterclass right here. I learned so much about sound design from this. Coming from a very basic level, this was amazing to see. Appreciate the effort and thought you put into this. Saving this vid for future reference. Thanks a bunch!!! I'm only half way into it and I had to say that before I forget.
You are one of my favorite TH-camrs. I watch your videos and feel like I’m part of it. I hear everything I see. You not only tell but also show. So much illustration. I can’t click away
This video is is freaking valuable, Im taking notes! But it is also very telling that this video has a lower view count, comparing to other videos on your channel, Not many people are willing to go this deep into production for YT!
Amazing tutorial! Finally someone that shows every detail, including sound editing in Audition, really really gracias !
I was just checking TH-cam and then find ur video, first I thought ur also a random guys who showing there and prompting there channel but I was so wrong, bro I just love ur works and now I am a big fan of ur video and the way you teach ur audience 👌,you actually make me realise that I love film making and I can also do it,thank you so much (Shiz from India) 🙏🏼
I always think of epic cinematography when I think of your videos, but you really brought sound design to life here. Now I realize how much the sound design accentuates the video - seamlessly. So good I didn't even notice it. Amazing.
Solid breakdown! So useful on many levels. Even you're fairly experienced with sound editing, it's easy to forget what these types of sounds are called. 10/10 on structuring this video as well.
Thanks for a great way how to organize my sfx database 🤗
amazing tutorial Niklas! so sick! really the best i find on youtube until now! congrats and thanks! 😱
0:56 Your edit was awesome! I also want to say that this was one of the most helpful sound design videos I ever watched. Very in depth and I love how you showed the timeline and also discussed your theory and why. I love this riser sound at this timestamp it reminds me of the dark knight.
I am pretty sure we are all screwed in the contest if Niklas joined with that video. Stunning man!
This cinematic video is from another world, Epic. It always makes me so excited when you upload, I learn a lot + it's entertaining. Enormous and underrated talent right here! 😊
Killer video Niklas! Thanks for all of the tips! I've been using Epidemic Sound, but all of your videos are making me consider switching.
Man I am so grateful I found your channel. Always so inspiring and entertaining to watch. I look forward to many more to come! 👏 👏 👏
For me, the difference between you and other TH-camrs is that in addition to expertise, I also learn a lot from you about life, motivation, inspiration ... etc. Love you Nik.

Loved this dude🔥🔥
Dude this is an amazing video. Can't wait for your full course. Not sure how much it's gonna cost but I'm excited to learn more from you.
tell us please, what did you do first, the video clip then the soundtrack?
or simultaneously, both at the same time,
or did you edit the soundtrack and then the video after the audio?
and the last one, how long did it take you to find and download all the effects and arrange them (how long did it take, with your skills and knowledge that you already have)
exactly what I was looking for, Niklas you are my most favorite Cinematic TH-camr, good luck to you brother.
Exactly on time when preparating to shoot motorbikes on sunday! Thanks, Niklas! Great teaching! You should do online courses or webinairs! :)

DUDE, WE NEED EXPORT SETTINGS!!!! This is so crispy. Great work
Hey Niklas! I know this is an old video, but hoping you can help: How did you decide the timing of clips before sound design? // Was it to the music and then you cut the intro? Or simply by feel, because that would be really impressive.
Thanks Niklas, as always that was epic and I learnt a lot 😁.
This was so helpful. Thank you Niklas
You Killed it, pal😻 I really love to learn from you.
Can someone explain me or link me to a video of how you can make the progress bar at the bottom? It is very smooth and I love how yellow letter transition to black letter when it's overlays.
If @nikls can explain it, I would be beyond happy. I've been looking for something like this!
Love your video much.
