Great viewing for a Friday.👍👍 This build is getting more exciting as you reveal each step as you go along. However......... We need you to do more videos Sam! 😊😊😊
I notice you also have a Discovery in the garge. Should you ever feel the need to do a programme on a rebuild of a Discovery 4, I will happily volunteer mine. Another good video, many thanks.
Another great episode. Thanks, loving your clear shots of doing up nuts n. Bolts and things, makes it really easy to understand how things are assembled. I really like the less is more builds style
Just discovered this channel which is fantastic ! and am about to buy a 1996 LR90, you guys are down the road in Kent. I defo want mine given a thorough mechanical inspection and all issues sorted on it. RAC report coming next week too. I notice you do not have an actual website...just a link to a Facebook page. Anyway see you soon.
Another great video on the defender build, would be good to see a little diversity in customer builds, ie d2's or d3/4. The point you made about drl's switching off on dipped headlights is only on vehicles made after 2018, only know this as I've just fitted drl's to my 1999 d2, keep up the great work & let's see more videos asap.
Great to see you back !! I guess there not as good as the air ride you did but might be more in my budget 😞 would like to know as well also what springs did you use And would it be ok just to do back and the front later ?? Just thinking about doing it in stages Hope your all well nice job Neil
Just stunning. I am in love, and I desperately need a defender in my life. Can you please build me a td5 90? I would love to hand you one and say go nuts! I may need to sell something first like an organ or 2 but it would be worth it.
Good work! Have you any experience of using black rivets on Landys? Interested to know if they stain less than the silver ones and are any more/less durable?
What on earth made you put fox shocks on? I ran a set on the front of my 110 (Koni's on the rear) and they shat the bed within 9 months. 5 years later the Koni's still perform brilliantly.
Because they’re the best. I’ve fitted every suspension available. I also run Konis on one of my other Defenders. FYI running a set of Foxs, 3 years on, nothing but superb ride, no issues.
Makes me wince when I see an angle grinder without its guard. Dicing with potential disfigurement. Lol But seriously it's good to see more content from your channel, do you plan on any series landy work in the future?
Hi, I’ve just received 4 fox shocks for my defender and one of them is not rebounding at all fresh out of the box. I fought I would double check that this is faulty? Thanks
Love your channel. I am thinking of a 2 inch lift for my 90, do I need to change the radius arms or +2 springs and shocks will suffice? Also for the tires, can I go any wider than a 285/75/16 on a stock 16" rims?
Aren't you meant to replace the intercooler hoses with silicon hoses when you perform this upgrade? That is at least recommended by Alisport where I brought mine.
Hi mate, with that suspension set up, does the car drive tight? I want to have my td5 comfortable but I also want it to drive tight. Also what springs are those
EGR on every car is a pointless extra cost with very little benefit... what's deal with the MOT? My understanding is even if the car makes the grade on emissions if the tester sees the delete it's a fail?
Do these Land Rovers come standard with Carbon (Charcoal) Canisters? Do you people fit (after market) Carbon (Charcoal) Canisters in your Diesel engine upgrades or fit them without engine upgrade? If so why? If not, why not?
So on my Landy I have the DRL on the bumper however mine don’t go off with the main lights and mine passed the MOT? How come you have done it like this?
The MOT regulations state that if they’re fitted by the factory they must auto switch off with the dipped beam. I’m just OCD about making it as factory as possible
Mot emissions test exhaust gasses when the engine is accelerated and the egr is only active during idle or very low throttle input while driving. So it doesn’t effect emissions testing.
Since you are at the front part of the car, why you did not take out the radiator and clean it properly so that road dirt down clog up the radiator ?? Better for the owner..
Goo Gone.
Yes. Goo Gone.
Grab your boddle of Goo Gone! 😁
😂🤣😂🤣😂
In MyOpinion The Best Land Rover Channel On TH-cam By Far. Fantastic Detail And Never Boring Just Brilliant.
Thanks Mike! Happy Friday! 🥰🤩
100%
Fantastic, I think the "close to standard - but better" is the perfect restoration level.
That front end is just perfect 👏👏👏 keep up the fantastic work buddy 🤜🤛
28:22 had me in stitches I'm the same at work all the time 😂😂
Great viewing for a Friday.👍👍

Epic build...love it...it’s a baby version of what ours will one day be 🔥🔥🔥
glad to see some juice motors vids back in my sub box!!!
Please use some anti-seize stuff when you install old bolts back. It’s pita to remove those after few years.
I notice you also have a Discovery in the garge. Should you ever feel the need to do a programme on a rebuild of a Discovery 4, I will happily volunteer mine. Another good video, many thanks.
What a transformation, looking forward to seeing the brakes, wheels and when it’s polished 👍🏻
Those led lights on the front look brilliant . Plus the headlights must be night and day as old landies has woefull lights on them . Well done .
Another great episode. Thanks, loving your clear shots of doing up nuts n. Bolts and things, makes it really easy to understand how things are assembled. I really like the less is more builds style
And the music selection is equally good
Good to see you again . Welcome back 👍
Really impressed with your new videos. Very slick. Worth the wait! 👍
Good seeing you back more often!! As usual awesome work 😎
As much I love your videos I really struggle watching them as my desire for another 90 grows more and more... 😂👍🏼
Looking great, the small details make a huge difference.
Watching your videos, makes me want to buy a land rover and just bring it to use.
I love this show 👏👏👏👍👍
Bonjour, et oui un frenchy 😂😂merci, cela m'aide dans l'amélioration de mon jouet, vite d'autre vidéo 😍😍😍😍😍
Looking amazing loving the stage 2 remapping. Now it has me thinking 🤔
Loving the long vids with lots of good content 👍🏻
Wicked looking Land Rover, bring on the next episode
Looking great 👍
Really great looking car coming along!
Guys,fantastic job!
Hans van leersum.
Just bought the cotton filter, thanks for the tip.
Looking good so far especially the front end
Love these vids, keep it up guys!
Nice job, front end looks awesome now except for the bumper corners?????

I do have to say the windows look great
Loving it
Building my TD5 90 atm, similar build! Looking good lads
Top content again boys 😎❤️❤️❤️ 1 dislike is somebody who owns a Toyota
Brilliant 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Awesome look. I would have kept orange lenses I like them.
front ends looking nice
Stealth mate, luv it 🔥
Its crazy the difference the headlights and black front end makes
the new intercooler is way larger, but does it not obstruct airflow over the radiator?
Looks awesome, though it is a pity some of the screws didn't have black heads
Love it great job 👏👌

Love your approach should I bin my Sport and buy a defender 😉
If you’re going to this expense why not fit galv saddles and retainers for the springs, roll bar mounts etc?
How much does one of these restorations cost including the price of the base vechile and basic parts?
I hope Juice shares ball park figures. I am curious myself if I should contemplate doing something like this.
No matter how many times I played that beginning I’m still laughing at that face!!
😳😵🤣
Enjoy your builds. I am thinking about Fox shocks on my defender. Do they improve the handling or just the ride comfort?
Great to see you back !!
I guess there not as good as the air ride you did but might be more in my budget 😞
would like to know as well also what springs did you use

Hows the elbow :-) Great video. You inspire me to do another build now!!

Great video , when you delete the EGR do you need to re flash the ECU ? Can it be done on a 3.0 diesel RRS ?
Great video
Can you post a link for the air filter ?
Thanks
Tom without gloves again but I'm sure I saw his reflections wearing them when using the phone / camera 😂😂😂
Defender silver matte amazing 😉

Defender looking good keep it up. What make and model is your ramp?
I can’t remember, I ordered it from Gemco, it’s made by the same manufacturers as Dunlop
Plans to fit the ORE wheel carrier? And do you recommend fitting one on any defender?
Makes me wince when I see an angle grinder without its guard. Dicing with potential disfigurement. Lol
But seriously it's good to see more content from your channel, do you plan on any series landy work in the future?
It quaterises as it cuts so not to bad
Clean DRL bumper. What make is it?
Hi, I’ve just received 4 fox shocks for my defender and one of them is not rebounding at all fresh out of the box. I fought I would double check that this is faulty? Thanks

Any reason why you went to the effort blank the egr but didn't clean out the intake manifold?
The focus of this project is modification rather than restoration . The intake isn’t coked up too much 😁
Probably a dumb question but does the upgraded anti roll bar in the back affect off road performance negatively?
Great videos!
what is the upgrade seal to the side window, that you talked about?
Garrison outfitters kit
The headlights look mint how much do they go for!! All the best Dean
Email me! Info@juicemotors.com
What sealant did you use for the rear window refitting?
Aren't you meant to replace the intercooler hoses with silicon hoses when you perform this upgrade? That is at least recommended by Alisport where I brought mine.
These hoses are still in great order, there’s no need to spend money where it isn’t required.
@@juicemotors just thought while your in there and for the sake of 30 or so pounds would've been worth it
WHAT is that shade of grey on that 90 Hard Top at 27:41 !!! Need to know hah !
#GOOGON
There’s a couple 90s in the shop, ones Orkney (white roof and treps) the black roofed one is stornoway 🥰
Brilliant
Hi mate, with that suspension set up, does the car drive tight? I want to have my td5 comfortable but I also want it to drive tight. Also what springs are those
Hi Guys, new subber here from TGE.
Ahoy Cash Lad
Hi, would these window seals from garrison outfitters fit my single cab rear window?
how much would all this work cost?
Hi, what rear springs would you suggest for a military 110 to upgrade without a lift?
you guys have done all that and Toms still on the sound deadener, isn't EGR delete MOT failure?
It is i have to swap mine back every mot time.worth it tho
No you are thinking of DPF
Great job guys. I'm putting a DRL bumper on my td5, where did you get your ignition live from? Is there one in the engine bay? Cheers
We get the live from the vehicles fuse board inside the cabin, a lot more work but a perfect install 💛
Is there a way to convert the gear from Manuel too aut.
What brand air filter do you use please?
Does it still pass the MOT with the EGR bypass & Blanking plate?
Yes sir!
I always hated the Defender because of the shitty buildquality, but after you have modifyed it I would love to own one!
EGR on every car is a pointless extra cost with very little benefit... what's deal with the MOT? My understanding is even if the car makes the grade on emissions if the tester sees the delete it's a fail?

?
is it legal to egr delete your car !!! what about mot ? I've got a e92 335d I been thinking about it but thought it was a mot fail
When are you gonna start selling hats man I’d love to buy one???
Why didn't you fit a heated front wind screen?
It’s already got one 😁
Ahh, cheers.
Any chance of modifying a 110 hard top, adding rear seats and the full side glass etc?
So on my Landy I have the DRL on the bumper however mine don’t go off with the main lights and mine passed the MOT? How come you have done it like this?
The MOT regulations state that if they’re fitted by the factory they must auto switch off with the dipped beam. I’m just OCD about making it as factory as possible
I want a Juice hat and tshirt.
Does the EGR delete affect the MOT emissions??
just stick it back on for the mot then off again after lol
Mot emissions test exhaust gasses when the engine is accelerated and the egr is only active during idle or very low throttle input while driving. So it doesn’t effect emissions testing.
There’s currently no legislation about blanking off the EGR valve, it’s always handy keeping the original parts to be safe
@@juicemotors think you should check section 8.2.2.1 a) in the MOT manual. This would be classed as a major defect...
Since you are at the front part of the car, why you did not take out the radiator and clean it properly so that road dirt down clog up the radiator ?? Better for the owner..
When I saw the thumbnail I thought Steve buscemi was in the workshop.
What was the unit for on the back of the headlight units
Headlight levelling motor, to adjust the ban height 😎
Ciao dove posso acquista questi ammortizzatori fox ? Vanno bene per lift +5cm ??
why do you only land rover not other suv or offroaders? If I ask you may
BUCKET LIST save enough money for juice motors to overhaul my 90 300tdi 🪣 !!!!!
👍👍👍👍
