Thankyou for the tutorial sir. In sheet 4...we can clearly see that years with current manager 0-2' attrition rate is pretty high. It can be the reason of why most of the companies asks for the 2 year bond. It just came to my mind and I shared my thought.

make sure the 'yes' is case sensitive.

attrition sum is showing zero everytime in tableau. Is there anyone facing such difficulty??
calculated field code might be wrong.. happened to me, when i rechecked, it came correct.

Sir How the average attrition count is 237 here you have considered Sum the average would be Sum of observation/Total observation
I think I have taken the actual count of attrition.
