    I loved it, yes please do more 10 minuet practices - I would particularly love some adrenal and vagus nerve resets and quick neck shoulder/back releases xxx

    As I am injured due to sports, loved this little workout as a first time doing yin yoga. good to have short and longer workout for busy and less busy days or to keep the motivation going even when I am tired or not well. At least, I feel I am still doing something. Thanks.

    Yes Yes yes, delicious! I am still surprised how much I love the 10-20 minute practices and how much of a difference they can really make. And... I love to remind myself that every bit adds up, in ways I may not notice, but it does.

    Love yin yoga and would love to see more on your you tube channel.. I do find the short sequences really good for when you don't have much time or just feel a short 10-15 mins is needed... But would love some longer sequences to.💗🙏

    I'm slowly incorporating Yin Yoga into my practice. I enjoyed the slow movements and holding the poses felt good. Very good stretching. Thank You! 🙏🏾❤️
