Ahhh thanks to your intro to yin yoga morning routine, I went looking for your bedtime routine and ahhhhhh. I've never found an "in-bed" practice I liked that worked on a twin bed, but this was *so perfect* thank tou so much for such a dreamy restful short taste! 💗✨🙏
Yin yoga is new to me. I enjoyed the 5 day challenge. I have hip impingement so I couldn't comfortably hold the poses anywhere near as long as you. I could only hold for about 20 ish seconds. I did find it very relaxing. I have saved you in my play list along with your other yin practice's. Thank you for sharing these with me ❤

I love that this is done in bed. I want to associate sleep with these movements, and if I do them somewhere else, as soon as I get up I won't be relaxed anymore.
@@YogawithJoelle mam you gave a sequence for fibromylgia patient. I m a patient of fibromylgia . That sequence gave me a big relief . Now I want a sequence for cervical pain also just like fibromylgia . . .
@@muskanmano5883 i have fibro as well, and scoliosis. Isometric is very specific-perhaps try searching for yoga related to scoliosis as it tends to be isometric? Also, these are free sequences that this practitioner is providing: it really isn’t that fair to kind of “demand” one. Be well. ❤️

This yoga has helped me get a great night sleep sometimes I hold my breath in child’s pose not sure why
