      I can’t wait to try this! Haven’t been able to practice in a few days due to a minor accident. Only blemish since the start of pandemic! I just wanted to come and check and I was right! Perfect 10 on Easter Sunday!! A major milestone for you Joëlle, big congrats!! 🎉🍾 And happy Easter 🐇

      This is such a great routine for both body and mind. The only blemish for me is my inability to reach around my back to catch my foot. Actually, I’m quite a bit of ways from being able to do that at this time. Hopefully, will improve with more practice. Thanks Joelle!

    I felt so painfully stiff and taught at the start, but by the end my body, altho still stiff and taught, feels like it is my body again! Somehow 'freer,' and a wonderful warm feeling in my tight thighs. Thank you Joelle 💖🌟💐

    This was truly an amazingggg practice! I have fibro and the chronic pain I deal with on the daily is overwhelming. This really helped me to drop into my body and to release the tension, pain, and restrictions. To connect with my breath and breathe through these poses is exactly what I needed !     This practice is absolute pain relief. If you could consider a short practice into hips glutes and upper legs for pain release please. FANTASTIC PRACTICES!! 😊xx

    Thank you for sharing your own experience with fibromyalgia. I understand better how you are so compassionate with those of us in pain. You have pain too. You've created such wonderful bite sized flows for pretty much all the painful conditions I live with every single day. And that comforts me to know I can still do yoga even though I can no longer keep up with other harder yoga. This is perfect for the stage of life I'm now transitioning into.

If you go the main page of my channel you'll also see the Playlists tab, where I've tried to organize practices as well as possible 😉 I don't always get it right, though, so you're always welcome to reach out in a comment if you can't find something!

    Very nice! Between my spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis and hip bursitis my lower half gets so tight and sore. This helped make some space. Still achy as it will never 100% go away but it has elevated a lot of tightness. Thanks!
