I got to test fire the RX-5 ultra. I really like the bow and the draw cycle. The holding weight felt like I was holding a parakeet. This bow is definitely on my wishlist. It's going to be worth the overtime that I'm working to get it. I'm already planning to use heavier arrow for the 80lbs version. Great Video as always! Thought about starting a paetron?

I would love to see chrono comparison at my draw of 28.5. According to Hoyt the ultra should be faster because it would be at the top end of the mod vs the bottom on the normal rx5 but I'm interested in how much.
I like to play with new things and new ideas, I feel like it accomplishes 2 things. 1 it for sure doesn’t make any contact with vane to my face at full draw, 2 changes the stability of the smaller fletchings to be further down the shaft without adding extra weight to the back end to accomplish decent FOC. I’ve done it for a few years now and have really enjoyed it

Why are your arrows fletched that way? With vanes applied at different locations vs aligned?

Yes a head to head for sure! And personally I like the ventum more due to the price and it’s a solid shooting bow
You should do a rx5 30 vs ventum 30.

I believe there are limbs for those weights!

You can buy limbs that have the ability to have a max poundage of 40lbs and can adjust down to 30lbs
